We’re proud to launch the new website for the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI), an independent public body overseeing equality and discrimination law across the region.

We're proud to share that the new Co-Ownership website is live. 🏡

Co-Ownership came to us for a standalone Discovery project before a single page was designed. Stakeholder workshops, user research, journey mapping, and a thorough UX audit of the existing site. The output was a revised Information Architecture, low-fi wireframes, and a detailed scope of works.

That foundation gave Co-Ownership the confidence to move forward, and Eyekiller was commissioned to deliver the full website.

The result is a Craft CMS platform built around every user group Co-Ownership serves. First-time buyers, existing co-owners, solicitors, financial advisers, and property developers each have clear, tailored pathways. Five bespoke calculators and configurators. AI-driven search powered by Algolia. A fully documented design system. And WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance throughout.
