Just released an app I have been building called HomeMinder.

It gives you a monthly home maintenance checklist based on what your property actually has. No generic lists full of stuff that does not apply to you.

I built it because I kept forgetting seasonal jobs until something went wrong. Frozen pipes, blocked gutters, boiler breakdowns in the middle of winter. The usual.

You tell it your setup (boiler type, whether you have a garden, gutters, fireplace, solar panels etc) and it tells you what needs doing each month with a step-by-step guide for every task.
You can also track appliance warranties, keep tradespeople contacts handy, log costs, and export a maintenance history as a PDF.
