How long are you spending making Reels? Be honest…

Reels are fun to watch and make (minus the glitches 🙄) but they should be part of a much bigger marketing approach for your business, and at the heart of it if your marketing should be your website.

Don’t think I haven’t seen the irony of you reading this on one of my Reels either, but this isn’t the main way I attract clients, and my website is currently doing all the leg work to inform and serve my customers.

If you take the time you spent making one of your reels each week, and dedicated that time to your website, eventually, your efforts will be rewarded tenfold in growing your business, compared to that Reel you would have made.

Please stop believing the "gurus/experts/coaches” who have six figure businesses who tell you don't need a website.

They're wrong.

"But you don't make six figures Katrina, and they do. Why should I listen to you?"

Fair point, but I'll set you a little challenge...

Find me a six/seven figure entrepreneur who DOESN'T have a website.

Do you think they're making that much money in their business by posting the odd inspiration quote on Facebook, a behind the scenes boomerang on Instagram stories, or a Reel telling everyone their age, their star sign and where they're from?

Nope. They invested in a website that works FOR them.

All of their content, on how to work with them, how to buy from them and what their past clients think of them are right there on their little corner of the internet they call their website.

They're generating interest, building their audience, getting enquiries and making sales, quite literally whilst they sleep, because they have a website that is working 24/7 for them and not relying solely on social media.

You don't need to be aiming for multi-million pound business to need a website.

But you do need a website if you're aiming for a growing business.

Unless you want to make more sales online of course 😉

I hear it all the time, “you don’t need a website, you just need a Facebook profile/ group and an email list”

Don’t get me wrong, they’re all important in marketing your business online and growing your audience.

But a website will give you so much MORE.

A website will:
- Give your business credibility
- Make buying from you easy for your customers
- Streamline your selling process
- Reach more people through SEO
- Give your business its own little space online where you own your content.
