We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Graphic Designer with experience in corporate branding and signage. You’ll be working on high-profile brand projects, creating visuals that align with client identities and translate seamlessly into physical signage and large-format outputs.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling visual designs for the Pub and Hotel Industry, brand rollouts, and internal/external environments.

Translate brand guidelines into functional signage concepts and to scale layouts
Develop production-ready artwork for print, cut, and fabrication.

Collaborate with account managers, project coordinators, and installation teams.

Ensure design consistency within individual schemes and across brands.

Work efficiently on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within signage, large-format print, or branding.

Strong portfolio demonstrating work in corporate branding and signage.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret and work within brand guidelines.

Ability to work on multiple projects, work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly.

Desirable:

Understanding of wayfinding systems and environmental graphics.

Understanding of signage materials, production methods, and installation considerations.

The setting up of signage schemes following brand guidelines for our National hospitality, retail, and industrial clients.

The design of pub schemes for our National breweries and Pub Operators, ranging from early concept branding through to technical specification for production and installation.

Essential skills:

High level of experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

A strong aptitude for technical design and attention to detail.

The capability to take projects from initial brief through to finished artwork.

We are recruiting for two great roles within our fast-paced busy sign company for immediate start. Lakeside Signs Limited, based in the Business Centre Barry, supply and install signs and lighting for National hospitality businesses, including breweries, pub companies and hotel operators.

Sales Administrator (Full Time) –

Working in the office, you will manage each job from the point of order through to successful completion of the project. This will include raising purchase orders to the factory, ordering components, preparing paperwork, scheduling and managing installations; and liaising with customers at every step of the process.


Accounts Assistant (Part Time, approx. 15 hours a week) –

Working in the office, you will manage our day-to-day accounts using Sage, including purchase and sales invoicing, preparing payment lists, credit control and monthly reporting. Knowledge of Sage is essential for this role.

Lakeside Signs recently supplied the internal and external signs at a new boutique hotel only 6 mins walk from Buckingham Palace.

When we were installing the signage our team watched the Queen and other royals drive past them, probably making sure our signs were installed correctly! 👑 👑 👑
