They used to say people needed to see the same marketing message seven times…

But with the amount of content we scroll past daily now, it’s probably closer to 27. Or 70. Maybe even 700…

Yes, that sounds like a lot of content.

But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Unless you’re creating every post from scratch… then that’s a recipe for creative burnout!

But what you might know is that one idea can be reused again and again.

And one post can be reposted, repurposed and reformatted in multiple ways.

(If they didn’t, most of the tabloid press would have gone out of business years ago….!)

The best way to do this for your wellness business is to add a great one-line hook in the only visible line of your caption to make people desperate to finish reading it

That way, they can’t help but click and consume the caption you spent so long writing

So many spas, retreats and other wellness venues haven't caught up with what consumers actually want

I see so many destinations posting like people want to be left alone. They don’t! āŒ

A huge trend that kicked off in 2025 and will get even bigger is that people are craving connection — but your content needs to show it.

People want to belong to something bigger than themselves but most wellness venues haven't yet caught up

Conde Nast Traveller recently shared their six wellness trends for 2026 and unsurprisingly, communal wellness came up

They mention communal spaces, DJ yoga, group ceremonies, sauna socials.

I can see this in my own clients:

šŸ•ŗ Mellulah Retreats and Sam Wilson started Soul Medicine – a yoga rave that brings people together to dance, flow and enjoy sound healing

šŸŒ”ļø The Island Sauna is built on its community. People coming together on those sauna benches in Portland has seen them have an incredible first year trading

But most businesses don’t show community in their content

They post empty rooms and stock images instead of the real interactions — which kills a customers desire šŸ“‰

If your content doesn’t show connection, customers assume there isn’t any. And, clearly, connection is the currency of wellness in 2026.

I invite you to audit your grid through this lens of community. How much of your community are you sharing with others? šŸ¤
