Away with two close friends last week - who also happen to be my office neighbours (plus five teenage girls between us 😅).

We asked each other the question above. No finger-pointing allowed - the economy, the algorithm, the busy summer, the kids. Just you and the honest answer.

Something I've been working on is finally coming together!

On 29th September I'm running a LinkedIn Profile Power Day in Beaconsfield, in collaboration with personal brand photographer Eddie Judd - Branding Photographer📸 .

It's a small, hands-on day for female founders, coaches and consultants who want to get more from LinkedIn and finally have the professional photos to match.

Most of the coaches and consultants I work with are putting real effort into their visibility.

Showing up. Posting consistently. Building their profile.

No real thought about what happens after someone finds you. How they start to trust you. What moves them from watching to reaching out.

Some of these might make you nod. Some might make you feel a little uncomfortable.

The common thread? Most marketing problems aren't about effort or talent. They're about having the right foundations underneath what you're already doing.

Clear message. Intentional journey. A rhythm simple enough to sustain.

Once those are in place, everything else starts to feel a lot more straightforward.
