And before you ask, no ads either.

I know. In an industry where everyone is telling you to post daily, jump on every trend, do the dances, boost the posts and throw money at Meta, these numbers shouldn’t be possible without any of it.

But trends borrow attention. They don’t build it.

What builds it is showing up in the right place, saying the right thing, to the right person, in a way that makes them feel something. And doing that consistently enough that the algorithm has no choice but to take notice.

Most clinic and health & beauty accounts we look at have the same problem. Not bad content. Not unwilling owners. Just marketing that was built on the go instead of built on a strategy.

The foundations are shaky, the bio isn’t working for search, the content is filling the grid rather than speaking to anyone in particular, and the enquiries that do come in have nowhere to go. Fix those things first and everything else starts to work harder.

We rebuilt this local hair studio in Buckinghamshire from the ground up. The identity, the strategy, the content, the systems. We made sure they were showing up where their ideal clients were actually looking, that every piece of content had a job to do, and that nothing fell through the gaps. We have done the same for aesthetic clinics, dental practices and wellness studios across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London. Different industries, but the same same result.

Boring. Unglamorous. Fills your booking calendar every time.
No one wants to hear this. Neither did I.

→ Focus on one person, one problem, one solution. Not five. One. The accounts that convert are the ones that make a specific woman feel like that post was written for her and her alone.

→ Ditch the daily posting treadmill. Unless you have unlimited time you are generating a lot of noise. Three pieces of content that really mean something will always outperform seven that don’t. Showing up every day without direction isn’t discipline. It’s just busy.

→ Forget going viral. Try being useful to a specific person. Visible to the right person beats 100k views from the wrong one every time. Help her solve a real problem and she will remember you.

→ Get clear on who you actually are and bring it into your brand. You need a point of view. Not a vibe. Not a colour palette. Your actual opinion on something. That is what makes people follow you instead of just watching and leaving.

→ Learn to write your captions. The person who stopped scrolling and read to the end wants to know what you have got to say. Stop wasting that on “good vibes ✌🏼” and hashtags that have nothing to do with your business.

→ Get laser clear on your strategy before you post. Yes that picture of you on the beach looks incredible and you should absolutely use it. But if it is not working as a way to move your client closer to booking, you might as well have posted it on your personal page.

→ Stop chasing conversation. Start having it. A genuine human exchange in your comments or DMs will convert faster than any funnel you will ever build.

Knowing this and doing it are two very different things.
One of them is what we do every day.
