I built Strut Studio to make marketing feel simple, human, and effective. I work with ambitious founders who are bril

liant at what they do, but tired of guessing what to post or chasing the algorithm. From social media strategy and content that converts, to websites and full marketing management, we help you go from guessing to profiting with clarity, creativity, and confidence. If you’re ready for your brand to finally look as professional online as it does in person, you’re in the right place.

Nobody is lying in bed at 11pm thinking “I really need some polynucleotides.”

She’s thinking:

“Why do I look so tired?”

“Why does my face suddenly look different?”

“I want to look fresher, I just don’t want to look done.”

That’s where your content starts. Her problem, in her words. The treatment comes second, once she’s already nodding along.

Most clinic content plans do it the other way round. They say “post about skin boosters” and hand you absolutely nothing else, so you write a post about skin boosters, and the woman who needed it scrolls straight past because she has never once googled that word.

So I’ve written 30 hooks that don’t mention a treatment until she’s already in.

Ten to make her think “that’s me.” Ten to make her trust you. Ten to make her want it.

In that order, because that’s the order she buys in. She has to recognise herself before she’ll believe you, and believe you before she’ll choose you.

Save it. Then pick three for next week and stop starting from a blank page every Monday.

🖤 And if you read all thirty and thought “these are good and I’m still not going to write them”, that’s the bit we do.

I’ve planned your September like I had a target to hit. Because you do, and I can’t sit here and watch you do it the hard way.

If you’re anything like our clients, you’ve spent August away with the kids. Awake at six on a holiday you booked to catch up on sleep. Reapplying sun cream to someone actively running away from you. Carrying nine inflatable things across hot sand while three people ask what’s for dinner.

And while the thought of dropping them back at school is absolute bliss, you know exactly what’s coming with it. That back to work feeling. You sit down at your desk on the first morning, decide to rethink the business plan, rewrite the marketing strategy and add four new treatments to the menu that nobody has asked for.

Don’t.

You don’t need a new menu. You need one thing you actually want more sales of this month, and content written around the woman who’s going to buy it.

Because she isn’t sitting there thinking about your new machine. She’s thinking “I look tired even when I’m not.” “I don’t recognise myself in photos.” “My face has changed since I lost weight.” “I want to look fresher, I just don’t want to look done.”

She knows what’s bothering her long before she knows which treatment could help. That’s your September.

Twelve feed posts. Three a week, more if you can, but I know you, so I’ve made this as light as possible. Quality over quantity, rather than hours at a laptop when you should be nursing a glass of wine.

And if something works, do it again. Different client, different angle, different treatment, different format. You don’t need a brand new idea every Sunday.

🖤 And if you’ve read all that thinking “we should absolutely be doing this, and there’s absolutely no chance I’m doing it in September,” comment AUDIT and I’ll send you a voice note on the three things I’d change on your account first.

Save this now. You’ll need it by Tuesday.

There are some jobs you could outsource but are better kept in house.

My personal favourite, the dog walk before work. Yes I could pay someone, but those 45 minutes at half six before anyone else is up and messaging me is when my best ideas come in, so I protect that one. (Well, at least half the week I do…)

Then there are the ones you never trained for, that bring you no joy, and that can do actual damage if you attempt them yourself.

Accounts, for one. A good accountant pays for themselves and saves you a January with a calculator, a concertina file and a stack of receipts where the numbers have faded.

And your bikini line. You could. The tutorials are free. But you know full well how it ends. Half a strip on, second thoughts, and a decision you have to live with for six weeks.

Marketing is the same.

You can go on YouTube, follow a few people on Instagram and try to work it out. But like waxing your own frou frou, there are things only someone who does it properly will know, and you were never trained for any of it.

So let me ask you. When you’re sat at home after a long day with clients, do you really want to be doing your own marketing any more than you want to be doing your own Brazilian?

Or do you want to be focused on the thing you actually trained for, enjoying the downtime, knowing someone else has got this covered?

That your marketing has an actual strategy behind it. Every platform pulling in the same direction, every piece of content doing a job, and the whole thing working harder than the DIY version ever did.

Without the sting.

🖤 Fully booked with the right clients, your most profitable services on repeat, content on brand, and off your plate.

The waxing you’re on your own with. The socials, DM me STRUT.

I don’t really mind what you call me. Rachel, Rach, whatever.

But do call me. The minute you realise your time’s worth more than sitting there trying to suss out the algorithm. The minute it’s Sunday night, you’re on the sofa working out what to post, and it dawns on you that this is costing you the one thing you can’t get more of.

Nobody qualifies in skin, aesthetics or wellness so they can spend their evenings staring at a blank caption box. You’ve built the reputation, the recommendations, the fully booked diary. The next step is scale, and for that your marketing needs to speak for you before you’ve said a word.

Every hour you lose guessing could have gone into the work itself. The part where someone walks out of your clinic feeling like herself again. That’s what you trained for. The marketing is what I trained for.

That’s what my clients get back. The Sunday night. The team’s hours that should be going on clients, not on second-guessing whether to post a before and after or a personal brand post (hint… don’t post the before and after).

🖤 Drop me a DM and I’ll send you the details.

Your girl’s done it again!

Back in the bath, this time as a finalist for Best Social Media Manager 2026 at the Glamour Awards.

Going forward, all award announcements will be made fully clothed in a bathtub. I don’t make the rules.

I’m honestly made up. The last few weeks have been a bit mad for Strut Studio. Every time I open my inbox there’s another opportunity sitting in there, but finding out I’m a finalist for the Glamour Awards really is a highlight.

These awards were set up to celebrate genuine skill and standards in aesthetics, and the practitioners and businesses working within it.

Being shortlisted by people who actually know this industry means so much, because we work bloody hard with our clients in this world.

We handle the socials, websites, and all their marketing so they can get on with the even more important job of making their clients feel confident enough to look in the mirror and actually see themselves again.

And aesthetics is such a specialist world.

As a team, we’ve spent so much time learning what is and isn’t allowed by the ASA, what needs to be compliant, and how to keep our clients safe. But also, the important part, what actually converts.

Because pretty pictures don’t fill a diary.

It’s understanding what makes someone choose our client instead of the clinic round the corner. It’s knowing how to position them properly, communicate the value of what they do and bring in the right clients without them having to spend their evenings wondering what the hell to post.

Huge thanks to Stacey Makinson and the Glamour Awards team for building something that celebrates the people actually doing the work, to our wonderful clients, and to my gorgeous team. 🖤

LFG! ♥️
