APPEAL FOR INFORMATION – 🚨 WARNING DISTRESSING CONTENT 🚨

An elderly male shih tzu came into our care yesterday afternoon after being found on Maerdy Mountain. He was in very poor condition and had a number of painful untreated medical conditions. He was unable to stand and it was clear he was very unwell.

After being rushed to our vets we had to make the very sad decision to put him to sleep to end his suffering. Seeing the condition that he was in and knowing that he has likely been suffering for some time was extremely upsetting for even our most experienced team members.

He was microchipped and through this we have found that his name was Finley and he was 16 years old. However, we have not been able to get any owner information from his microchip. Therefore, we are appealing for information about where Finley has come from. If you recognise him or have any information, please contact us on 01443 226659.
