Land Titles from the English Conquest. Sheep Farmers in Lismore, Co Waterford protested against the Duke of Devonshire imposing a Rent Increase of up to 900% on Mountain Land (commonage) used by Irish hill Farmers.

The same families have been on the land for multiple generations, they are patriotic people and have always done the right thing when called upon.

THE PEOPLE'S PAPER spoke with Ger Fitzgerald, one of the farmers involved.

The question raised in this two minute interview we did was:

Where did the Duke get his title for the lands, is it legitimate?
The answer must be that it originates with the English conquest and the confiscations, driving Irish families off the land – much like the Israelis are doing in Palestine/Lebanon/Syria.

Does something stolen become legitimate after the passing of time?

The fact is, that Ireland is still full of estates owned by old English landlords. Those that did leave after the War of Independence were fully compensated by the ‘Free’ State for having to give back our land to us…

They were paid the full commercial value of the estates they had originally stolen!

The Duke himself uses Lismore Castle to ‘win and dine’ English Royalty and others of the elite.

The current holder is the 12th Duke of Devonshire. His ancestor was Lord Frederick Cavendish, the 7th Duke, who was executed by the Invincibles (the Fenians) on the 6th May 1882 in Phoenix Park, Dublin.

We understand that the protests have prompted the Duke’s staff to seek a settlement with the farmers, we wish them well with that.

Gagging Order Lifted. Angela Ray having been Jailed 6 times, and having been hounded through the Courts over 7 long years, Angela’s is now Proven.

and her Family are damaged, more importantly, the life of a Young Child is damaged.

Because Tusla did not do its job, and to cover up, they orchestrated a vindictive and corrupt campaign against Angela, sadly this experience is not unique.

We believe that and the have acted in a corrupt manner, they do so on a regular basis.

all Life on Earth exists largely as Water, as do we. Our WELL-BEING is dependent on the health of the Water flowing through the Wells of our beings.

Tuning into the living water of all life and restoring divine flow through the wells - within and around, is fundamental to our return to sovereignty - which is the return to our true power.

Our wells were all largely buried, blocked and taken possession of, and our connection to them severed. Wells were central to healthy community and to the lives of our ancestors, who lived in harmony with Mother Earth. Our disconnection from them, was our disconnection from our Hearts (Earth and Heart are an anagram as they are one) and our power, in a disempowerment on many levels.

We are returning to our Sovereign power now though and the land to Hers. 100 forgotten old wells of Kinsale in Co. Cork have recently been unearthed and the case study of one town’s wells, can be applied to all old towns on Earth.

How to clear and restore the wells to well-being and return them to divine flow - having been severely blocked, can be applied to our own beings. It is all one and the same. Connecting with the wells again, we connect to ourselves again.

The recently released book “Well-Being” is full of inspiration and ancient wisdom, about the water of life and our water her-itage. It inspires us all to clear the waters within and around us - in our return to true Well-Being.

“Gathering in Love at The Lough in Cork”
People of Cork come together at the Lough, which is a man made lake 100ft above sea level with sacred geometry to it which is on a level of the great pyramids! It’s linked to all rivers of eire and therefore all waters of the earth. In a return to acknowledging and honoring the sacred, as part of the healing in these immense times, gathering with love and focusing that upon the water, the people of Cork send their prayer around the world.

Trafficking of Children by the Irish State. Bridget Scanlon is INNOCENT. Justice requires that Court Services treat everyone EQUAL before the law.

Bridget was wrongly convicted in a secret (in-camera) criminal court, her witnesses were stopped from giving either verbal or documented evidence, the Judge blatantly biased the jury and broke due process procedures - by reading out prior convictions to the jury.

There was NO real evidence, just the unsupported word of one person, and it took her 6 months to make a complaint.

Bridget is a VULNERABLE individual, abused by state care and since she was a young girl.

This is a Miscarriage of Justice!
Today the campaign appealed to the Minister for Justice.

Visiting Mountjoy while Seeking Justice: The Justice 4 Bridget Scanlon Campaign will present Bridget's case to the Minister For Justice at 12Noon on Wednesday 12th July at the Department Of Justice, 51 St. Stephens Green, Dublin D02 HK52

Supporters are invited to attend the public assembly outside the D.O.J. offices to help highlight the Miscarriage of Justice that has taken place.

The campaign demands the ending of the 'in-camera' rule for courts, it does not protect children and only covers up abuse of families and widespread corruption.

Bridget's case is only one of thousands, anyone affected is invited to contact the campaign group.

Outside Court Services HQ delivering a formal complaint regarding the Miscarriage of Justice done to Bridget Scanlon.

Bridget is in Mountjoy since Feb 27th, on trumped up charges.

Her real offence was speaking up for children and families abused by Secret Courts run by .

The Face of Public Consultation. Out of 80 official speakers 79 at the ‘Forum on International Security Policy’ have “their bread buttered” by or the Defence Industry.

Supporters of the Connolly Youth Movement denounced the Forum as anti-democratic and asked why the people were not being asked. Others said that Martin had betrayed Ireland, that people wanted and not .

Objectors were removed from the meeting.

Several public meetings and rallies against war have taken place.

Clearly Government is acting against the people’s wishes on the issue of .

Bridget Scanlon Supporters went to Leinster House last week to highlight a rot in the Justice system. TDs, Senators and anyone entering or leaving Leinster House was asked to look into Bridget’s case, some promised to do so.

We must keep the pressure up … join in next week at 12:30pm on June 28th outside the Smithfield offices of Court Services, where we will hand in a formal complaint.
