It's an exciting progression for us having been known as Belmont Strategy since we opened our doors in 2020.

We were delighted to support McQuillan GA & CC Ballycastle; MacUilín CLG senior hurling squad with their quarter zips for the 2024 season.

The club plays a big role in the Ballycastle community, so we were very pleased to contribute in a small way to the efforts of the players and management team.

Irish News: Developer expresses ‘frustration’ over Stormont department’s delay in deciding fate of £20m north coast hotel

Over 10 weeks have passed since it was approved by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council's planning committee, but the Department for Infrastructure has not indicated when it will reach a position on whether the planning application for the Merrow Hotel & Spa development will be called-in.

Vivienne Gilholm of C&V Developments has said the delay and uncertainty “...creates an extremely challenging environment for those of us working hard to invest in Northern Ireland.”

NEW THIS MONTH: A new strategic partnership has been established to deliver innovative long-duration energy storage infrastructure across the island of Ireland.

Omnipower Renewables, a renewable energy development company based in Belfast will work alongside Australia's Released Energy in a joint venture that aims to develop new renewable energy projects for the north and south of the island.

A successful evening at Belfast City Council’s Planning Committee with approval for two major applications.

Kainos' new HQ on Dublin Road will become a landmark development in the city and a world-class home for one of Belfast's most successful homegrown companies; whilst on the adjacent site, Queen's' purpose-built, managed student accommodation will help meet the needs of the growing student population.

At Belmont Strategy we were pleased to provide pre-application community consultation and stakeholder engagement support on both applications.

With the approvals coming within just 5 months of submission, it was a great effort by everyone involved on each project team.
