When you have big dreams and zeal to achieving them, it's very easy to neglect yourself, and will come a time you're physically, mentally or spiritually exhausted.
It's crucial to rest, take time away from your normal routines and thoughts and you'll see how effective and quicker you'll achieve your dreams.

✅️ Meditate
✅️ Read a book
✅️ Have adequate sleep
✅️ Listen to your favourite music or go on a party to socialize, connect with friends
✅️ And my favourite - Go on holiday, explore the world, meet new people 🌎 😉
