Perceptive Insight is a vibrant and friendly market research agency based in Belfast. We are looking for temporary telephone interviewers to help conduct research, usually with members of the public.

What you’ll do:
• You will be making outbound calls to members of the public and various businesses to conduct surveys, simply asking people's opinions and accurately capturing the participants responses.
• You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple process for you to follow.

The position requires the following:
• Applicants should be polite with excellent communication skills; you must like talking to the general public.

Perceptive Insight is a vibrant and friendly market research agency based in Belfast. We are expanding our Field Interviewer team across Northern Ireland. The research is usually conducted with members of the public in their homes or on the street. The role offers flexible hours within a reasonable distance of your home.

The position requires the following:
• Use of a car
• Documents to verify your identity and to prove you are eligible to work
• Availability to work afternoons & evenings/ weekends (when more people are at home)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A good standard of spoken and written English

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland has asked Perceptive Insight to undertake research with local disabled, deaf and neuro-divergent audiences to obtain their views on a new access scheme. They are running this scheme in collaboration with Arts Council England, Creative Scotland, Arts Council of Wales and the British Film Institute.

We are looking for telephone interviewers to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

• You will be making outbound calls to members of the public and various businesses to conduct surveys, simply asking people's opinions and accurately capturing the participants' responses.
• You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple process for you to follow.
• Applicants should be polite with excellent communication skills; you must like talking to the general public.

Only apply if you have the following equipment to enable you to work from home:
- Broadband; and
- Quiet room with no disturbances.

Shifts will vary depending on what project you are working on - daytime and evening work is available. You must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours a week.
