May is off to a great start.

A profoundly special Max Cooper gig in Mandela, a Bealtaine escape to Donegal with some of the best women I’m lucky enough to know, ill advise scrambling over rocks in a long gúna, and the orange skirt worn two completely different ways 👌

Most people wear clothes. Stylists style them...

Obvious statement but perfectly illustrated with this skirt.

Two completely different looks, zero new purchases. Because when I look at a piece I don’t just see what it is. I see what it could be.

Look one: a leather harness over a white tee, this elevates the basics and ties in with the chunky Chelsea boots, which are easy to dance in. The polka dot tights peeking through the folds of the pinned skirt add a feminine edge that stops it reading too hard.

Look two: a simple graphic tee, French tucked into the skirt worn long and easy as intended, with a flash of green trainer. Same skirt, completely different vibe.

Oh and it has pockets 🙌

I understand context. I think about how I want to be perceived, where I’m going, what I want to say before I’ve opened my mouth.

That’s not a talent. It’s a skill. And it’s one you can learn - one I can teach you ✌️

Where are all my curvy Queens?! Do you shy away from shirts or shirt dresses because of the dreaded gape?

Let me give you one of the best tips ever and add a whole load of choice back to your wardrobe.

All you do is... get it stitched down. That’s it. Simple but genius.

Get it stitched in a matching thread, know exactly where you need it to start and stop, and make sure you can still pull it on and off over your head. Done.

This blue dress was not an option for me before. And if I sized up, it just looked like a sack. Getting it stitched down was the fix - and I think it cost me £6.

Six pounds! That’s a tiny investment to make your clothes more wearable.

Also this photo is proof, if needed, of the power of decent light and great accessories 😝

What’s the styling problem you’ve been putting up with for too long? Drop it in the comments - I might just have a fix for it 🥰👗👖👙

Reflecting after my last International Women’s Day event, I keep thinking this: a lot of the conversation around women has become saccharine and sanitised. Too much empowerment-speak. Not enough truth.

Because the truth is, International Women’s Day began as protest and it still needs to be. It should be a chance to spotlight the fact that there is work to do.

Particularly here in Northern Ireland, where violence against women remains a very real and urgent issue. Ellie Flanagan’s life was taken in her own home in Fermanagh the weekend of International Women’s Day. That alone should stop us in our tracks.

Beyond our actual safety, we are still living inside systems that want us uncomfortable in our bodies and uncertain in ourselves, because insecurity is profitable. If we can be convinced we are broken, we will keep buying the endless stream of products, fixes, trends and transformations we’re told will make us acceptable.

But we were never the problem.

That’s partly why I care about style. Not because clothes are trivial, but because they can be a tool of agency.
A place to choose joy.
A place to take up space.
A place to reject shame.

I spoke about being braver in wearing what you love. Bringing in colour. Letting clothes be fun again. Not dressing to minimise yourself, but to express yourself.

The scarf featured here says all of that and more. It was gifted to me by a friend, from , designed by inspired by the message that everyone should leave our bodies the f*ck alone, it is a bold reminder that women’s rights are being stripped away globally and that our bodies continue to be politicised, controlled and contested. It also features the colours of the Palestine flag, is made in India, and supports worthy charities.

So wearing colour is not superficial. Enjoying clothes is not shallow. Dressing in a way that feels true to you is not frivolous.

It is a refusal. It is self-trust.It is rebellion.
It is a personal protest.

What could you wear today that helps you come back to yourself and your joy, and makes you feel braver and better?

I’m a mentor for SistersIN and yesterday at a Job Shadowing Day, one of the 16-year-old mentees asked me this:

“Do you ever walk into a room and feel like people are looking at you but not in a good way?”

And it stopped me.

My honest answer?
I probably wouldn’t notice.

Not because I’m oblivious.
But because I don’t dress for other people’s approval. I dress for me 💁🏻‍♀️💅

When you’re aligned with how you show up, you stop scanning the room for validation. You already have it within yourself.

Most people aren’t judging you.
They’re worrying about themselves.

But when you feel unsure in what you’re wearing, you carry that energy. And that becomes the story you tell.

Style isn’t about trends.
It’s about self-trust.

If you’ve ever shrunk yourself to avoid being looked at, try centring your own joy. Start small a bold lipstick shade, great earrings, a pop of colour. You’ll feel the shift immediately.

And if you need help finding that joy in how you dress - HMU! Let’s get to work✨👗🧣👖 ✨

My birthday was yesterday, I turned 40-flippin’-6! ✨🙌🥰

I always feel so special and loved on my birthday. I’m incredibly lucky to have the best, kindest, most generous friends - the kind of people who remind me just how rich life really is.

Every year when my birthday comes around, I feel ready to reemerge from the stillness, the quiet and the hibernation of winter. And this year the sun even showed up - breaking what felt like 400 million years of rain and heavy grey skies 😎 We’ve made it through the darkest stretch… time to come back to life.

And that’s exactly what I did. I reemerged last night for birthday dinner, drinks, colour, joy and a reminder that style is allowed to feel FUN. I couldn’t wait to wear this ridiculous blue pleather dress with the contrasting pink, and the dot of pink under my eyes… it’s these wee details I get so excited about 💗💙

Getting older hasn’t made me smaller. It’s made me bolder, clearer, and far less interested in hiding behind safe choices.

So to celebrate turning 46 - I’m doing something BIG:

🔥 **46% OFF my Re:emergence Series** 🔥
Until midnight Sunday only.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, flat, or like you’ve lost a bit of yourself in the grey winter months… this is your nudge. Your permission slip to choose you!

This is not just a style programme.
It’s Confidence. Energy. Ownership. It’s me helping you come back to yourself 🫶

Hit the link in bio or DM me REEMERGE and I’ll send you the details.

Here’s to another year of taking up space, wearing colour, and stepping fully into our power 👑

And thanks to Amy for my fresh hair - the ultimate queen feels 💇🏻‍♀️👸🏻

I cannot believe this was a year ago!!! Last year’s Galentines was pure magic 💛

‘Boobs, Bellies & Butts – was a celebration of our wobbly bits! Giving ourselves permission to be perfectly imperfect… it was about joy, confidence and allowing ourselves to take up space exactly as the pure rides we are.

We swapped clothes, shared stories, laughed loudly and lifted each other up. The incredible Cara from .impact joined us with quick-fix confidence boosters, together we had the whole room standing taller, and we raised almost £450 for - style, community and purpose going hand in hand.

Love looking back on these photos, it reminds me why I do what I do. Style isn’t just about clothes… it’s about connection, courage and finding yourself.

Thank you to every woman who showed up with an open heart, to Women’s Aid for the powerful work you do, and to for capturing the energy so beautifully 😍🥰🫶

Here’s to more feel-good spaces, more celebration and more women reclaiming their invisible crowns 👑

03/02/2026

On these cold grey days comfort is Queen - but comfy doesn’t have to mean invisible or dressing to hide or minimise. Here’s how I style leggings so they still look well put together and intentional.

This pair has a cross detail on the front, adding an instant point of detail, so instead of hiding it, I built on it.

Little bits of interest → layered up:

• statement earrings
• textured rings
• a bright scarf with a grey tone that ties in with the grey tone in cross print to top and tail the look
• a basic black dress coat
• colour-pop bag
• a slick of red lipstick
• green leather gloves to colour-flood the look

Same base.
Zero discomfort.
Just more intention.

Because in winter, when it’s dark and grey and you’d happily live in “whatever’s warm or handy”…

those tiny details are the difference between
“I’ve given up”
and
“I still feel like me.”

Comfort + polish can absolutely coexist. You just need a few smart layers.

Save this for the next cold, dark morning when you’re staring at your leggings thinking you ‘should make more effort’ - these tips make it easy to keep the comfort but feel a bit more considered in what you’re throwing on.

And if your whole wardrobe feels a bit meh right now, that’s literally what I help with, I love nothing more than helping women feel excited about their outfits again 🙌.
