We’re delighted to share some of our latest work for Staffline - the design and build of a custom app, created to transform the job search and application experience for their users. ✅

Built with efficiency in mind, the app enables users to browse and apply for roles in one place, filter opportunities by location and sector, and save roles for later. It also offers seamless access to the Staffline website and client and candidate portals, plus tailored push notifications to keep users updated on roles that match their preferences. 🙌🏼

- Start with establishing your goals: Before writing anything, you should be clear on what you want your website to achieve - your content should support that. ✅

- Know who your audience is: Think about who you’re speaking to and what they’re coming to your site for. Shape your content around their needs, questions, and goals. 💭

- Keep it simple: Avoid long pieces of text, or terminology that's hard to understand - your content should be scannable and easy to read. 👀

- Don't just tell users your impact - show it! Share case studies, testimonials, or statistics to build trust and credibility. ⭐️

- Keep SEO in mind: use language your audience will actually search for - it's not just about hitting keywords, but about being clear and relevant. 🔎

And remember - it's not about being perfect straight away! Focus on getting started, you can always improve it later.

NIHRC protect and promote the human rights of everyone in Northern Ireland, helping people understand what their human rights are, and what they can do if their rights are violated.

Their website serves as a crucial hub of information and resources, helping promote their mission to achieve equality, peace and justice.

Last month, we launched a brand new website for GRASP! 🖥️🎉

The GRASP - Green Accelerator Skills Programme is a transformative cross-border initiative designed to address the urgent need for Green Skills. We were delighted to work with GRASP to deliver a website that is clear, welcoming, and easy to explore, to help guide users to the green skills opportunities that matter to them. ✅

Starting without an existing visual identity gave us the chance to really shape something from the ground up, and work alongside the GRASP team to find the right tone of voice for their platform.

The result? A bold new look and feel that captures GRASP’s energy and purpose, and gives the programme a confident, recognisable presence. 🙌🏼
