Three seconds. After two days on County Antrim tarmac, that was the margin.

Josh Moffett and Andy Hayes trailed overnight and were still 6.8 seconds down on Saturday afternoon. Then the rain arrived, and Moffett found something through Tardree and Cairncastle that Eddie Doherty couldn't answer.

A first Ulster Rally win, on the event's 50th running, and a stronger championship position heading into the Cork 20 finale.

McGillions in Sion Mills started in the late 1960s with Patsy McGillion selling a few cars beside his pub. In 2026, now run by his son Brian, it reaches its 50th year as one of the area's most trusted family dealerships.

The brands changed over the decades, from Datsun and Nissan to Ford and now independent. The principle never did: look after people properly, and the business looks after itself.
