No judgement — honestly. But if you’re on slimming injections, please don’t stand there preaching about weight management, consistency, and discipline.

You’re not doing it the hard way. And that’s fine — your body, your choice. But let’s stop pretending. These injections have a limited window — two years at best — before your body adapts and the weight creeps back. Then what? Another quick fix?

For those of us working with clients day in, day out — helping them build a healthy mindset, a better relationship with food, and genuine strength through movement — it’s frustrating to see shortcuts passed off as hard graft.

If you’re using injections, do it quietly. But don’t mislead others who are putting in the real work. It messes with heads, gives false hope, and undermines what true health actually looks like.

Good morning followers . Things are changing here at SD personal training and I’m completly rewriting the script and have found a gap in the market that I am eager to fill . So il say no more at this stage but I havnt worked on this page as yet , in the meantime become immersed in the new branding and the story and il keep you all updated . Thanks xx
