Are you aware that you might be losing customers?
When re-designing a local indoor skateparks website I had a core focus on just one thing:
* Incentivise the visitor to book a session.
* Give them all the information they need to make an informed decision.
It's a simple formula: If the visitor cant find what they're looking for they will leave your website without making a purchase. And if you have a lot of competition around you, then they might never come back at all!
Something to be aware of!

Want to boost your website sales?

Sometimes we just don’t have the time or resources to fully invest in a bespoke website...

But Webflow has hundreds of templates ready to go allowing you to fully benefit from clean animation, design, and content strategy.

In our latest YouTube video, we show off 3 website templates that will help you boost your sales online.

In fact, most of these templates only require a few tweaks of the content (1-2 hours work) and you’re ready to go.

We’ll be posting the whole of this episode on Instagram so just follow us for the next EP!

Would you like some help with getting more enquiries through your website for free?

See how:

Sophie recently booked a free zoom coffee call with us. We hopped on a call and chatted about her website.

We helped her come up with a few ideas to improve her conversion rates and enquiries.

The other day Sophie sent me an email and then left this review. New enquires in a matter of weeks!! What a success!

I can help you do the same during our free zoom coffee call. You can expect:

👉 A professional chat with an expert about your website.
👉 Ideas that you or your team can start implementing today to increase enquiries on your website in a matter of weeks.
👉 A good chat about each others businesses.

What would an extra 3 enquiries look like for you?

Just use the link in our bio to book through our website. :)

Need more sales through your website?

Try this:

One of my favourite books is called “Story Brand” by Donald Miller.

In the book, Donald demonstrates how nearly every story follows the same format.

👉 A character has a problem.
👉 A guide gives him a plan to solve that problem.
👉 This forces them into action leading to... comedy... or tragedy.

Donald says: When writing out your website content you should always be thinking about how you are telling a story and to use this format.

Why a story?

Stories connect better with your audience, keep them engaged, and help them connect with your brand.

Leading to a higher likelihood of conversion and sale.

So the next time you take a look at your website ask these three questions:

🤔 Do I show my customer that I know their exact problem that they are facing?
🤔 Do I show them my plan and how I can solve it?
🤔 Do I show them what success could look like if they buy from me?

👉 Give me an example of a problem your clients/customers face that you can solve in the comments below.

Do you know these 3 tips to get more customers through your website?

We all want more customers.

Especially if you are growth-minded.

But the mistakes I constantly see companies making are small but have huge consequences.

You aren’t focusing on your messaging on your website.

You don’t have a lead magnet generating emails and phone numbers for your sales team.

And that's two reasons out of a potential hundred.

It's why you never see a return on investment from your website.

When a customer lands on your website do they hear you talking about yourself “we make great cars”. “We are the best showroom in the local area”.

Or do they hear you talking to their problems “We help first-time buyers find the perfect first car” “By buying our new model X you are going to no longer turn up to events un-noticed”.

By simply flipping the context and focusing on what the customer wants.

You’ll start to see a consistent amount of calls and enquiries coming from your website.

Focus on the customer and less on your company.

Tell me what sector, service, or product you provide in the comments and common customer issues. I will help you create a strapline. 👇

Is sustainability a priority for your business?

Do you think its an important issue?

Prince Charles talks in a BBC article about the importance of healing our planet and making sure that we setup our children and their children for success when it comes to climate change.

As business owners we have a lot of important power when it comes to spreading our message to our customers about our stance on climate change and how important it is to our brand.

Amazon announced last year that it would begin to transition to 80% renewable energy usage by 2024, and then to zero emissions by 2030.

Nike is racing to the finish line with their campaign. With the goal of zero Carbon and zero waste, they are now using recycled materials in over three-quarters of their products, as well as sustainable cottons and blends in all clothing.

What does your company/brand do to help out with the fight against climate change?

Are you constantly hitting quiet periods in your business?

You go from feasting to starvation constantly?

It’s most likely due to your websites lack of performance.

In this carousel I share my 5 tips to get yourself out of a quiet period and back onto the top of the pile.

The most important one is lack of constant improvement to your website.

On social media we’re always adding new photos, changing our profile pictures and editing our bios. So why do people avoid doing this to their website?

By adding just new photos to the site you can expect Google to re-index your website. Which results in more eyeballs on your business.

When was the last time you updated your website?

Inspired by Paul Guy who said last week on one of my posts “Intrepid anticipation as the motor industry traditionally slows a little running into the last quarter”. Hope this helps!

Our recent website design for .

For bobblehat standing out from their competitors was a must and became our focus. Skipping no details we wanted to create an experience rather than just another portfolio site.

Using subtle motion, large typography and simple navigation a user can glide through the site effortlessly.

Already bobblehat are busy with work and thanks to their new website, attracting more and more clients.
