Happy Easter holidays 🥳

The kids are off school/nursery for the next 2 weeks and I’m finally beyond my pile of deadlines for the end of march 🙏🏻

Taking a break from some of my work while keeping a few projects going at a slower pace over the next couple of weeks ☺️

I’ve had an influx of new clients recently, and am now nearly fully booked until around September 💫 if you’d like to have a chat about working together on a website, drop me a DM if you’d like to take one of my last spots before the end of the summer ✌🏻

💫 Recent Work: StuartBlackie.Com 💫

Kicked off the year with a new website for 🙏🏻

Already a very busy PT and S&C coach, the aim with his website was to have one place online where people can learn more about what he does and his approach to his work.

We also added online programmes people can purchase and download to work through if they don’t want to jump straight into group or 1:1 coaching 😊

Lots of cool info on here and it was a really cool project to work on! Stuart’s been my coach for around a year now so it was really fun to bring this to life already knowing how he works with his clients 🌟

As always, so lucky to work with the best of people 🥰💫

“Good vibes only” gets a bad rep, but honestly? You can’t convince me vibes aren’t a legit way to choose who you work with 😅

I don’t think good vibes mean being fake-positive, avoiding hard conversations, or pretending everything’s fine.

For me, good vibes with clients looks like:

💫 clear communication
💫 mutual trust
💫 boundaries that are respected
💫 space to ask questions (even the ones you think are stupid, because I guarantee those are the ones everyone asks 😂)
💫 projects that feel collaborative, not stressful

When those things are in place, the work flows better.
The results are better.
And the whole process feels lighter for everyone involved.

That is a legit way to work; and it’s when the magic really happens ✨

Ps - design schedule filled with amazing clients currently booked through till summer, drop me a message if you’d like to chat 😊 x

Kids are off on half term this week, which reminded me of this webste audit they asked to do with me in the Christmas holidays 😆

The rules of our website audits are:

1) they choose if they want their faces to be in or out the videos
2) they aren’t supposed to say anything that will give away who the client is

Anyways, this one descended into 3 minutes of pure chaos and as you can tell they were pretty psyched to see ‘s new website 😂 will share more on that one soon.

Shoutout to all the parents trying to have fun times and make new memories with the kids while they’re on school holidays, while also panicking on the inside over the amount of work they have to get through 😂👍🏻 we’ve got this.

Some clients stay on your dream list for years, and this is one of those for me 💫

Website launch ✨ Taylor’s of Biggar ✨

When we first moved to the area around 8 years ago, was one of those dream clients I quietly hoped I might work with one day, right as I was launching my website business.

Their old website had done its job, but it focused almost entirely on e-commerce, and didn’t reflect the full story, heritage, or experience behind the brand.

This new site is all about:

💫 showcasing their brand story and history
💫 celebrating what makes them them
💫 improving structure and navigation
💫 adding functionality that supports how people actually use the site, and how they experience their brand

The result is a website that feels more aligned, more considered, and ready for the next chapter; while still holding onto the charm people love.

A real full-circle moment, and such a joy to work on 💜
(And yes… very dangerous if you have a sweet tooth 🍬😝)

Off brand chaos pic because life is pretty chaotic rn and that’s why we NEED 💫 morning intentions 💫

I was surprised how many DMs I got about this after I posted to my stories the other day so thought I’d pop it on the grid. I don’t feel like it’s massively groundbreaking but lots of people wanting to try it which is fun 🤗

In an effort to be less stressed in 2026 im bringing back setting an intention for the day because it’s worked well for me in the past.

Before you open your emails, your calendar, do you first call or meet your first client - grab a notebook. A scrap of paper. A post it. Just whatever! And write down how you want the day to *feel*.

This isn’t a to do list, and it’s not your focused work areas. Before you get to that, how do you want the day to feel? Calm and focused? Attacked with intent? Set it first thing and then get into your day.

I find when I do this, I’m a lot more centred and a lot less reactive to things that fly in through the day.

Give it a try and let me know what you think 🤗

Hello 2026 ✨

I hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas break and you’re easing into the new year!

I’m back at my desk this week and over the next couple of months I’m focusing on completing some exciting client work already in progress.

Because of that, my books are closed to new website builds until March 🌸

If you’d like to work together later in the spring, you can still send an enquiry now; I’ll add you to my waitlist and be in touch when slots open.

Thank you for your patience and support 🤗 it’s such a joy building websites that feel like you 💜

(Ps - existing clients: I’m still here ☺️ just drop me a message as usual if you need anything!)

Real life content will always connect faster than business content.

And I noticed it instantly when I started posting again on my personal Instagram account this year.

The vanity metrics went up fast:
more views, more replies, more shares.

Not because that content is “better”…
but because it’s human.
It’s easy to relate to.
It’s fun.
It doesn’t need explanation.

Business content often needs context; but real life just lands.

And the reminder I needed most?
Even when the numbers aren’t flashy… it’s still worth showing up.

Because the people who want to work with you are always watching. Quietly. Consistently. Over time.

✨ So if you’ve been holding back, take this as your sign: post the personal thing. If it works within the realm of your personal brand and how you want to show up online, it’s always nice to add that authentic and relatable touch 🥰

It’s that time of year for the end of 2025 round up posts as we’re all winding down to take a break. I have seen so many cool ones this year, and love seeing what people have done over the course of a year 😊

I saw some really cool ideas from some accounts around how to create hooks and format this so it’s irresistible etc etc, and while I almost decided to go for that, I’ve been feeling really reflective the last couple of days.

So instead, as we come to the end of 2025 and I’m now over 7 years into business, instead what I’m going to share in my slides is: lessons I wish I could tell my younger self, that were really cemented for me over the past year.

Some seasons are big and flashy and exciting and filled with growth and hitting your dreams. Some seasons are hard, lonely, filled with doubt and full of change.

2025 has had many ups, but on reflection for me it was a year of change and growth that was at times overwhelming and lonely, and not massively flashy.

I walked the line of hitting burnout like I did a couple of years ago which felt like a pretty constant worry on my mind, but I managed to look after myself better and I’m really proud of that.

One big and exciting change that I have meant to share about is that in August, I officially joined the team in a part time role. I have been working freelance with and Breeze for around 3 years now, and it’s much the same as what I do here (websites and digital marketing), but with a really great team that I truly love working with.

I’m still very much here doing the same work as always, and finding a balance that feels good has been a really big adjustment for me. I’ve enjoyed every minute, and I’m excited to share more on that work in the new year.

If you’ve made it this far - I hope your year was filled with more ups than downs, but it’s okay if it wasn’t.

Some seasons are for the quiet work and practice, and it’s okay if it wasn’t a big flashy year.

Either way, you deserve to rest, and I hope you find some time to wind down and relax over the holidays 🥰
