What an incredible experience being invited, along with fellow stylist Chantelle, to present at the John Lewis headquarters in London. A real pinch-us moment!

During our 1h presentation, we dove into the magic of colour analysis and style personalities - showing how this knowledge can be used to help guide their customers to shop more consciously and confidently.

After our presentation, we conducted mini colour analysis sessions with members of the fashion team, who were absolutely blown away by the impact the right colours made to their appearance!

Huge kudos to Chantelle, who I trained just this year—she absolutely shined in this high-profile role!

The textures to love next season - last year, suede stole our hearts, and the good news is, it’s here to stay! This season, leather joins the story, giving us even more ways to add richness and depth to our wardrobes. (Fun fact: suede is actually the reverse side of leather) Think earthy tones rather than black🍂

Book a colour and style session with me to discover how to embrace these trends in a way that feels true to your style, making sure your wardrobe stays current without the need for a complete overhaul. Sometimes, it’s just about adding the right piece in the right colour👌🏻

Pantone is bringing teal back into the spotlight next season, or Fanfare, as they’re calling it. But remember, teal comes in a variety of shades, so find the one that suits you best.

As a general guide, the lighter your overall look, the lighter the teal you can wear confidently. Remember, you don’t have to find the exact shade of a trending colour; wear what suits you, not what fashion dictates!

Teal is surprisingly versatile and can even act as a neutral in your wardrobe. For example, Warm undertones? Try pairing teal with golden hues like coral. Cooler undertones? Look for pinks from your palette to complement it beautifully.

Do you already have something teal in your wardrobe? If not, accessories are a brilliant way to introduce the colour. Think shoes, bags, scarves or jewellery - small touches can make a big difference!

This lovely lady booked a personal shopping session with me as she’d found herself, as many people do, in the jeans and t shirt rut.

As someone with a ‘classic’ style personality, this left her feeling continuously ‘underdressed’. Classics notoriously find dressing casual dressing tricky! They’re in their element when dressing for smarter occasions such as the workplace.

I found her a chic selection of well-fitting clothes that could be dressed up or dressed down. Elevated, yet comfy was the vibe! For example, I found a pair of beautifully cut navy trousers (with a sneakily built in elasticated waist) - they’re actually more comfortable than jeans, but look so much smarter! Great for work… and perfect for relaxing in over the weekend when paired with a loosely tucked classic white t-shirt.

She left with 16 items of clothing which worked perfectly for her shape, colour and style. All intermixable too, so there’s around 60 different outfit combinations that can be created from these purchases alone.

Oh, and 2 necklaces - never underestimate the power of accessories!

With so many styles of jeans on the market, it can be hard to know where to start!

Are Skinnys out?
Are Bootlegs back in?
What about these Barrels that are everywhere?
Can I carry off a Wide Leg?
Are Straight Legs better?
Is it even worth me trying on those Mom jeans?

Overwhelming isn’t it? Don’t worry, I gotcha! Book a Style Consultation or Personal Shop with me and I’ll introduce you to your perfect pair!
