NEMS Market Research are recruiting for telephone interviewers in their outbound call centre in Billingham, you will be part of the Cati team (Computer Assisted Telephone interviewing.)
This will involve contacting members of the public asking them to take part in a short market research survey, this does not include selling of any kind.
It will be up to you to keep the interviews as short and as engaging as possible in order to get good quality answers.
As our computer-assisted telephone interview facility is continuing to expand, we now have numerous vacancies for temporary part time telephone interviewers with the possibility to progress to full time.
Call centre experience is not required as full training is carried out on the job, so to get started with NEMS you must have a good telephone manner and be polite. You will need to be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, thrive on challenges and be motivated to work towards personal and team bonuses.

Rate of pay: £8.91 per hour plus bonus schemes.
Location: Billingham
Shift times: 3 or 4 evenings per week (Mon-Thurs) 5.00pm-8.15pm and Saturdays 10.30am-2pm.
Overtime during the daytime available depending on workloads, which is fully flexible to work around you.
Part time – Potentially leading to Full time if desired/successful.
Temporary – Potentially leading to Permanent if desired/successful.
There are 3 possible contracts, initially starting on the casual worker contract to potentially progressing to the permanent, full time employee contract, depending on motivation and performance.
