Your brand identity is more than just a logo - it’s the heart and soul of your business. ✨

And I can tell you now that solidifying your brand identity WILL result in the growth and success of your business.

With a solid and unique brand identity that resonates with your audience you can create a lasting impression = you don’t need to sell to them!!

Your audience will remember YOU as the one to go to when they need something whether it be a course of candle making or cooking!

Whatever your niche is, THIS works!

But how can you solidify your branding?

Here are a few quick tips:
- ensure your logo is consistent
- pick 3 fonts - 1 for title, 1 for subtext and 1 as a stand out font
- pick a colour palette - pick 3 bold colours, 2 neutral and expand from there. Max 8 colours and ensure hex codes are consistent!
- Curate a tone of voice that reflects you and your business
- use elements consistently (pick round OR square edged shapes, not both)
- be clear with your messaging pillars

If you don’t understand your audience, then who are you even talking to?

For example, with my business I can categorise my audience simply and clearly: Small businesses, established businesses, consultants and content creators that want to simplify their marketing.

Easy. Done.

Did you know the subconscious part of our brains plays a HUGE role in what we buy? 🤯

You might think you’re fully in control of what food to order at the McDonalds drive-thru, but you aren’t…

In fact, McDonalds marketing team are!

Before I studied psychology, I thought smaller businesses didn’t have the ability to leverage the same marketing techniques that all the big boys did.

I thought that because they had marketing departments of 100+ people and 100s of years of combined experience small businesses couldn’t replicate the same response.

I couldn’t have been more WRONG!

Studying marketing psychology taught me that anyone and everyone can leverage exactly the same techniques!

It’s the simple art of knowing what, how and why.

And that’s where I can lend you a hand.

Stop selling features, start selling solutions. 🤯

Businesses often get caught up in listing what their product/service/establishment is, instead of how it improves their customer’s life.

Think about it: People buy benefits, not features. They care about what’s in it for them.

Want to make your marketing more effective?

It’s simpler than you think. Focus on these questions:
* What problem does my offering solve?
* How does it make my customer’s life easier/better/happier?
* What are the results they can expect?

Ditch the jargon & speak their language to connect with their emotions. That’s where the magic happens. ✨

Here’s an example:
Feature-focused: “Our shoes are made with breathable mesh.”
Benefit-focused: “Stay comfortable and fresh all day long, even on your busiest days.” 👟

Or

Feature-focused: “Our cleaning service uses eco-friendly products.”
Benefit-focused: “Enjoy a sparkling clean home and peace of mind knowing you’re helping the environment.” 🏡

Or

Feature-focused: “Our restaurant has an extensive wine list.”
Benefit-focused: “Find the perfect pairing to elevate your dining experience and create unforgettable memories.” 🍽️

See the difference? It’s all about highlighting the value you provide.
