But sometimes it feels like there's just too much going on in my life; work, family, friends

👉🏾 Because they're reliable.

👉🏾 Because they know what they're doing, and they show it.

👉🏾 Because when a brand makes a promise, you can count on them to deliver—and that's a quality you can't find in many places these days.

👉🏾 Because they take accountability - holding their hands up when the f*ck up.

So let me ask you this, are you doing these points above? 👀

Yes or no.

✅ If answered yes - you're a badass boss who is taking ownership of your customers.

You are showing up with ease and confidence and being real with your customers.

❌ If answered no - you're hiding behind the screen like a crypto bot sliding into your DMS.

You can certainly build trust with your customers. It's not as difficult as you may think and guess what... you can still focus on other areas of your business or clock off at 5 pm.

It's also about being human 💃🏾, and not just the faceless corporation that makes up half of your friends' social media feeds but the person who's actually running the company behind the scenes.

It's about knowing that there are real people behind all of those products and services that make your life easier, more enjoyable, or more productive than it was before.

And when do those people show up in your newsfeeds or emails with updates on their latest project or product launch?

That's when you really get excited to see what's next for them!

Learning is fun and the internet is the place to do it! 🫵

The internet has everything you need to learn.

You can learn about how to make a cake 🎂, how to play the guitar 🎸, or even how to make yourself more attractive.

👉🏾 The only thing holding most of us back from learning new things is our own fear of failure.

You see, many people believe that learning something new can be difficult and scary because they associate it with failure. But this misconception stems from an underlying belief that we are not good enough or smart enough to learn anything new.

But when you look at the evidence, you will find that learning new things actually makes us smarter and more capable individuals.

People buy from people, so for potential clients how are they supposed to know who you are if you don't put yourself out there? 🧐

I wouldn't... I want to see who it is. What is their personality like, and what are their values?

More importantly, without the use of social media, you wouldn't be able to do it. 📱

2️⃣ People want to feel like they're heard, and participating 👩🏾‍💻

With the use of social, you can talk openly (within reason), with the power of social media.

3️⃣ People want a little shred of normalcy and routine 👯‍♀️

1️⃣ There are just too many great opportunities out there, YOU CAN DO IT 🥺

Yes, that's right! You can do it, why not? Who's stopping you? What's stopping you? 🫵🏾

You can create that life you simply believe in.

2️⃣ Some jobs don't even have set hours

You are a business owner therefore you choose your hours and days 👀.

No one can tell you differently. Make money work for you 💷

3️⃣ You can work from anywhere (as long as you have internet), or have a building (be proud of that building)

Even if you cannot work from home, be proud of where you can work.

Because it is something, appreciate it and enjoy it 💃🏾.

You have the ability to change that.

4️⃣ No need to sit at a desk pushing paper

You have created/started this business for a reason 🙋🏾‍♀️. To make a change in your life so do it.

Put the work in, work on your goals every day to achieve them.

5️⃣ Amazing benefits - flexible working makes healthy people happy

You will feel so much happier within yourself and mentally 🌿.

Just imagine you have a lie-in, go to the gym, take up a sport, spend time with family and friends.

Having a strategy in place is so important so you know what, how & why you're posting in the first place. 🗓

If you're posting because you haven't posted in a week, or month or just show that your social that is a BIG NO NO 😱.

You should never post for the sake of it, it can do more harm than good.😬

When your clients & potential clients see your post it should either:

1️⃣ Educate
2️⃣ Engage
3️⃣ Entertain
4️⃣ Inspire

Note those down. 🤯

Keep those in mind when posting content it needs to make the client feel something in order to resonate with them.

If not, you may not see much growth depending on your plan 📔.

Take time for your strategy and you will see results 📈.

I'm going to be straight with you, it takes time ⏰. Sometimes years but it is all worth it in the end. Why? Because you have a community that trusts, resonates & BELIEVES in YOU 🫵🏾

I feel that a lot of brands just believe that they can just say they have a community behind them but reality is they haven't. 😳

Yeah you may have people liking, commenting, sharing whatever but that doesn't mean your content & you are resonating? 🧐

Right? 🧐

I want to follow people because they somehow 😱 resonate with ME 👀. They somehow understand my feelings towards certain things etc 🥺.

The tip here is RESONATING 👂🏾, I repeat RESONATING 👂🏾.

If you are not doing this in some way, your customers cannot relate to you outside of your business.

FACTS 🙋🏾‍♀️

Now you may think: ⬇️
🤨 "Well Chereen how do you resonate with me?"
😁 "I'm just doing fine thank you"
🙅🏾‍♀️ "I don't need a community thank you, my biz is fine"

Okay, but take a step back and ask yourself 🙋🏾‍♀️

Are you showing up? Are you being real with your clients? Are you showing the struggles of your biz? Are you showing your personality? 😐

If the answer is no... then this is for you, it is your sign. 😮

Take a break and reset. Really think about what resonates with your clients and go from there.

It allows you to become a leader/expert, build trust & awareness with your customers and share thoughts with like-minded brands. 😱

Yes, it is hard and takes time but in the end, it will be worth it 🔥. It helps you establish what your customers want so you can change your direction in line with them. 😮

Listening 👂🏾 to your customers is so crucial that without listening to them, then there is no point in having biz. 👎🏾

In fact, you'll lose customers and have a hard time trying to get new ones.😬

No one wants that, so listen to them and implement it. This is a two-way street 🔂 so ensuring you are doing this regularly is key. 🔑

If becoming a leader/expert is your goal you have to take these steps to achieve this (but this doesn't happen overnight so just remember that): 💡

3️⃣ Develop A Social Cause

Your brand, expanding business to the full potential? If you are, hiring a professional will be an INVESTMENT. 🤯

I hear this very often. Many saying that they can do it themselves or a family member can do it. ❌❌
Major red flag when I hear this because this is a real life job and there many strategies to it. 🏃🏾‍♀️

Now more than ever, you need to be on social media, the world is changing. 📈

"How? What I'm doing is fine..." 🚩

Is your content attracting your ideal client?👀 Are you on the right social channel? 🤷🏾‍♀️Are you telling the customer why this product/service is relevant to them? 😬Do you show your personality through the brand? 😀

Be yourself, bold, fun, engaging and focus on understanding your audience so you can give them what they want 🤝
