Hi, I’m Kathy 👋 and I’m the person behind Serenity Support.

I’m a Virtual Assistant, but my work goes a little beyond ticking things off a to-do list… I specialise in 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬, because they’re worlds I 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 being part of.

My own spiritual path is a big part of who I am. I work with crystals, Reiki, tarot and oracle, and follow the cycles of the moon and the seasons. So when I’m creating content for a therapist, healer, spiritual business or creative brand, I actually *get* what you’re talking about. You don’t have to explain why the full moon matters, what a chakra is, or why your business doesn’t want to sound overly corporate. 💫

Before Serenity Support, I spent years running my own small creative business, so I understand both sides of it… the passion that goes into building something of your own and the reality of trying to do absolutely everything yourself.

That’s really why Serenity exists.

To give small business owners someone in their corner who understands their vision, can take some of the pressure off, and treats their business with the same care they do 💛 with someone who ‘gets it’. 🌙✨

Busy doesn’t always mean productive 🙅🏻‍♀️

One of the biggest things I notice when I start working with a new client, is just how much time they’re spending working in their business.

They’re answering emails, chasing invoices, creating social media at the last minute, updating websites, managing bookings and trying to keep on top of admin… all before they’ve had chance to focus on the work they actually started their business to do. 🤦🏻‍♀️

There are only so many hours in the day… and business owners can feel over stretched, torn between the tasks they ‘need’ to do, rather than doing what they’re good at… focusing on building their business.

If your business feels like it’s constantly demanding your attention, it might be time to ask yourself:

💡 What could I achieve if I wasn’t doing everything alone?

Outsourcing doesn’t mean giving up control. It simply gifts you the time & headspace to do what you do best!

When was the last time you went on holiday and managed to actually switch off?? 💻

For many small business owners, switching off feels almost impossible. Even when you’re physically away, your mind is still thinking about emails, social media, client enquiries and everything waiting for you when you return.

Having a Virtual Assistant isn’t just about outsourcing tasks, it gives you breathing space. It’s knowing there’s someone you trust keeping things running smoothly while you spend quality time with your family, recharge, and come back feeling refreshed instead of exhausted.

Your business shouldn’t stop you from enjoying your life. Sometimes, having another pair of hands is exactly what gives you the freedom you started your business for in the first place.💡

New logo created for Asana Energy Yoga as her business has grown & evolved over the last 3 years 🥰💛🌿✨

Me & my yoga business are 3 today… and what better way to celebrate than with a beautiful glow up! 🥰️✨

Asana Energy is flowing into Shell’s Yoga Space!

Over time, I’ve realised that the old name no longer feels fully aligned with who I am or the space I’ve created. I finally feel confident in myself, my teaching and the beautiful little corner I’ve carved out in the yoga world. This new name feels more personal, more grounded and more me. 🙏

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Thank you to Shivoham Institute for my training and guidance, and to Nichola & Sarah Jayne for supporting my business, especially during the time I was losing my dad, whilst also helping create such beautiful, safe spaces to hold my classes.

Thank you to every single person who comes to class and helps create such a warm and welcoming community. I truly love that everyone brings something different, unique and special into the space.

And of course, thank you to my family for always putting up with my yoga obsession!

Here’s something we need to speak about more… 🤔

Why is there this pressure with self employment to push ourselves beyond our limits? 🫠

Whether it’s toning your sparkle down, reducing your prices to their expectations, being contactable 24/7 or taking on more than you can handle reducing you to complete burnout 🤯 we often accept so much more from people than what we would do in ‘normal’ employment.

I’m a firm believer that what is meant for you will find you… 🤞🏼

I also think having an open mind to new possibilities is wonderful, not judging from ego or first impressions, however if something feels off, it’s really important to listen to that. 💫

Your people will find you, and they will love & respect you and your boundaries more for being authentically & unapologetically you, in both life & business. 💛😘

So heyyyy 👋🏼 it’s been a hot minute… (4 years in fact 😳) and a lot’s been happening…

I won’t bore you with the details, but life hit me where it hurts, and I needed to take some time in the shadows to recover both physically and mentally. I’ve still been working full time supporting my amazing clients 🥰 and have been channelling all my energy into their work, as well as managing my own health & looking after 2 SEN kids, it simply left no headspace for my own social media. That’s ok, that’s life, and although I do this for a living, I am a firm believer that your life & health must always come first.

So I’m back online to say hello 👋🏼 I’m still here 😅 and I’m really looking forward to showing up more and being more visible in my business again 😊👩🏻‍💻💛
