✈️🪂 THIRD TIME LUCKY? 🪂✈️

We finally have a confirmed date for our charity skydive in aid of Myeloma UK!

📅 Sunday 21st June 2026

After having our previous two skydive dates cancelled due to poor weather conditions, we're hoping the third attempt will be the one! 🤞☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We are absolutely blown away by the generosity shown and have already raised an incredible £1,370 for Myeloma UK. 💙

With the date now confirmed, we're keeping everything crossed for clear skies and calm weather so we can finally take the leap!

🌍✈️ Testing out the new travel setup in Lanzarote! 🇪🇸

Many of you know that I travel quite regularly, but SocialMedia2Evolve always comes with me.

Usually that means taking my laptop everywhere, but that isn’t always the most practical option when travelling.

So I’ve recently invested in a more compact setup using my iPad, keyboard and mouse, giving me a lightweight workspace that allows me to continue managing client accounts, creating content, building websites and running advertising campaigns wherever I am.

I’m currently testing the setup here in Lanzarote, and it’s already proving to be a great way to stay productive while travelling.

For my clients, nothing changes:

✅ Content creation
✅ Website design
✅ Paid advertising support

The setup may be smaller, but the commitment to delivering results remains exactly the same. 🚀

Thursday morning update from SocialMedia2Evolve ☕😂

✅ 3 coffees down
✅ 7 client posts posted
✅ 2 client calls
✅ 1 rescheduled meeting
✅ 1 website organised with my web developer
✅ Brainstorming sessions for new client content ideas
✅ Multiple emails and messages with interest from potential new clients

…and about 500 different ideas floating around my head at once while trying to remember if I’ve actually eaten anything today 😅

One thing I’m definitely learning running a business is there’s always something to do — but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way 🚀

⚒️🏭 This weekend I decided to finally visit Churchill Forge Water Mill — somewhere I’ve passed many times on countryside walks without really knowing much about it.

With it only opening to the public on limited days throughout the year, I thought it was the perfect chance to go and learn a bit more about the history right on our doorstep.

What an incredible place.
Churchill Forge has over 800 years of history, dating back to the mid-1200s, producing quality metal work and supporting the industries and people of the West Midlands for centuries.

It’s places like this that remind us just how important the industrial heritage of the Black Country and West Midlands really is — and why it should never be forgotten.

If you enjoy local history, engineering, craftsmanship, or just fancy seeing something completely different, I’d definitely recommend checking it out when they next open to the public 👏

Well… unfortunately our skydive has been cancelled once again due to the weather 🌧️🪂

What makes it even more frustrating is the weather is actually great in Birmingham today ☀️😂
…but unfortunately where we were due to jump in Shropshire, the conditions weren’t safe enough.

Absolutely gutted as we were both really looking forward to finally doing it after all the build up and support we’ve had so far.

As disappointing as it is, safety obviously comes first and we completely understand the decision.

We will get it rescheduled and I’ll let everyone know the new date as soon as we have it booked in 👍
