And after 12 months, that client we were telling you about started to see some REAL results. Results that saw the amount of organic traffic to their site increase from zero to just under 4,000 a month. Eyeballs that are looking for exactly what our client is selling.

And we will tell you how it was affecting the bottom line in another post. But for now, we will at least say that it was GOOD NEWS 💰

SEO is difficult. It requires expertise and time. Lots of it. That's why it can seem an expensive activity - especially when results aren't instantaneous. But when it does work, trust us, it's beautiful. And you can trust us 'cos we rank on Page One of Google for the terms that we want to. Simple as that really, right?

Our Paid Social Media campaigns really hit the ground running 🚀

It was all paying off for our client. We'd pushed the brand, started SEO, and activated a number of different paid media campaigns. Campaigns that will - initially - increase the company's brand coverage, but also start converting those "eyeballs" into revenue.

(We have been working with this client for nearly two years now and we can let you into the secret that it just gets better and better).

This client was turning heads. And it was the heads of potential customers 🤟
We'd sorted the brand and started rolling out an SEO and paid social strategy. And it had started to work.

Work in the sense that the client was getting SO many more relevant eyeballs. Traction that we'd now need to convert into sales 💰

And we will let you know how the first few months looked like later - we have a feeling that it'll be pretty decent given that we are telling you lovely lot 📈

This client of ours. The one selling the packaging online. You remember it, right?

We'd just started smashing into (technical term for "working on") rolling out a strategic SEO campaign so now it was time to prepare for the paid social media ads.

And therefore it was time to start building out assets. Assets that would really help with the "basic" sales funnel when it came to lead generation, lead nurture, and sales.

So, that's EXACTLY what we did.

Our audiences had been researched, those lovely ad-sets build out, and we were ready to go. And guess what?

Yes, you got it, we will let you know how we got on. Promise.

SEO v SERPS ⚡️

So, that client we were talking about.....they were now ready for take-off (i.e. we had produced an audit on their current activity, worked out who their target audience were, built out the brand, and prepared a growth strategy).

And part of this strategy was SEO: in short, the process of getting traffic from free, organic, editorial, or natural search results in search engines.

This would be a much more long-term approach to marketing and arguably more cost-effective than paid advertising in the long run (despite you needing to commit a lot of time, energy, knowledge, and cost in the first 12-24 months).

AND IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE EASY 🙏

As we were going to have to fight competitors, and search engines, for super-competitive keywords. Have you ever tried getting the word "boxes" onto Page One of Google, for instance?

So, off we went and the rest was history. Or was it? You'll have to check back soon to see whether this strategy worked.

b) Let's tell you more about that client we started talking about last week. That client that wanted help - fundamentally - selling more boxes online.

Straight into paid social ads, right?

No.

We started building a brand. An identity that would look different from the business' competitors, but one that would stay true to its personality and energy.

After all, a strong, (even unique dare we say) brand image is an essential part of building a good relationship with customers. If they feel that you both share the same values, they'll be attracted to your brand and will likely feel comfortable choosing you over the competition.

But was it worth it? Was it worth slowing down the "fun" bit and making sure all of the right foundations were in place?
