Last night the team hopped across the city to University of Birmingham and picked up a Birmingham Best Places to Work award, and we're still smiling about it.

This one's for the team. The people who bring the ideas, the graft, the laughs and the occasional questionable Teams message!

Plus a special shout out to our Junior Account Manager, Will, who nailed the nomination interview with honesty, heart and not a single corporate cliché in sight.

Our Studio Lead, Rachel, alongside DRPG's Creative Director, Ru, loved spending the evening at Birmingham City University’s Fashion & Marketing Communications Degree Show this week, judging the Creative Futures Award and celebrating an incredible cohort of emerging creatives.

A huge congratulations to Harmony, whose passion project, launching her own female-empowerment-focused marketing agency, made a real impact and earned her this year’s award.

It was inspiring to see the passion and ambition behind every project, and a reminder of just how exciting the future of our industry is. Wishing the entire cohort the very best as they take on their next chapter. Go and do amazing things! 🚀

Watching Demi's day in the life, we're sat here wondering if she secretly moonlights as a hair supermodel, because nobody should look that good while powering through an Excel spreadsheet before 9am 🥲. Demi certainly makes Senior Account Manager life over here look pretty swanky, especially when she’s jetting off to our Dean Street digs. Looks like she even had the audacity to go to the gym after work too. Disgraceful.

What a Thursday night we recently had!🎭
We dragged a few of our wonderful clients out for food and drinks before Mamma Mia Birmingham Hippodrome - partially for the company, but mostly to carb-load before two hours of ABBA bangers.

The finale was amazing. The fact that we all ended up on our feet dancing says everything really.
Birmingham was buzzing too, as the city was proudly celebrating the Mighty Villa 💪 It was definitely a good night to be in town 💜
