We are loving our new building in Wokingham and despite the mammoth task of moving, our dedicated team of volunteers and staff have been doing an amazing job of getting everything organised! We want to say a special thank you to Hyperbole for designing our lovely new door signs and 2jgraphics Ltd for printing and placing them - don't they look great!

HOW CAN YOU HELP? VOLUNTEERS NEEDED...

Programme sales are going well and the village seems to be looking forward to the event, but we really need some help to make it happen. The committee is small and there is lots to do:

GATES
There are 3 gates to the field - can you spare an hour to help with admission?

SET UP
Can you help get equipment from the lock up, set up gazebos and the arena on Thursday afternoon, or Friday morning?

DISMANTLING
Can you help dismantle the equipment after the Event?

We would really appreciate any time you can give to help us make this event a success.

JUBILEE PROGRAMMES NOW ON SALE - £2 INC. ADMISSION.

The shiny, full colour 40 page Jubilee programme is now on sale. Packed with information about the event and the village, these are priced at £2 and include admission for 1 adult and 2 children (£1.50 for OAPs), which is cheaper than if bought on the day.

They are available from The Dog Inn, the Digby, the Library, The Link, The Village Kitchen, Water Orton Pizza, Water Orton Fish Bar, The Village Cantonese, O’Connors, Orchard Nurseries, Gardener’s Rest Tea Rooms and Hyperbole. Cash only please.
