Ultimately, if the amount of unhappy customers outweigh the happy ones then prepare for your program to fail. There is no way, that if your product or service is only mediocre that your customers are going to recommend your service! What we recommend is a bit of customer TLC before you start the program. Send a thank you letter, boost your customer service levels and monitor customer satisfaction. 👍

Tips: Referrals are so much further down the sales funnel than normal leads that they’re almost popping out of the bottom! Why?... Because someone they know, like and trust has told them that they need to talk to you because you’re good at what you do and can help them. 👍
