Well, it’s our last day in Egypt 🇪🇬 and tomorrow we’re back in the office after an amazing two-week family holiday! ☀️

This is actually the longest we’ve ever been away from the business and, as any business owner will know, switching off and leaving something you’ve built behind for two weeks isn’t always easy.

But this holiday has reminded me of something really important…

Invest in good people.

Build a team you trust. Give them responsibility. Let them make decisions. Support them, develop them and give them the confidence to get on with the job without you constantly looking over their shoulder.

Because when you have an incredible, loyal and trustworthy team around you, you get something back that’s worth more than you realise…

The freedom to enjoy time with your family knowing the business is in safe hands. ❤️

I’m incredibly grateful to our amazing team for keeping everything moving while we’ve been away. It makes me proud to know that the business doesn’t need me sitting behind a desk every single day to keep moving forward.

Obviously, I’ve still been on WhatsApp and Teams every day checking in… I’m not THAT good at switching off yet! 😂

One bit of advice I use in business, with our team and at home with the kids:

“Be Brave. Be Ambitious.”

Surround yourself with good people, trust them and give them the opportunity to surprise you.

Right… holiday mode nearly over.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the **right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.**

• Creating content for social media
• Helping create Reels, TikToks, graphics and campaigns
• Writing and scheduling social posts
• Supporting client marketing campaigns
• General marketing and office admin
• Researching content, trends and new ideas

• Supporting the team with day-to-day client projects
• Learning how a busy creative and digital agency operates

We don't expect you to know everything — **we'll teach you.**
