Big news! Becky (aka ) has officially joined the Red Fern Family! She’s already been the creative brain behind our branding, designing our signs, business cards, banners, and more. So bringing her on as an official part of the team was the most natural next step. She’s moved into her studio booth, set up her creative office, and has big plans for the space. We’re so excited to have her as our in-house graphic designer & looking forward to seeing all the creative things she will be bringing to ✨

I got a bit annoyed at a bunch of men with flags, so naturally I made some art. They said they were there because they cared about women’s safety but didn’t seem to know much about who actually abuses women in the UK, as they were definitely shouting at the wrong people. So I made them this little infographic in their fave colours because I know how much they like flags and stuff. I’ve been drawing these grumpy faces for over 10 years, but they’ve mostly stayed in my sketchbooks, little doodles just for myself. When I was asked to do the mural for Ralph Fest this year, I wanted to push myself and create a full illustrative piece completely on my own. That meant choosing something I could practically draw in my sleep. I’m so glad I finally got to share these faces with you all and on such a large scale. I honestly doubt think it would have been possible if it wasn’t for years of doodling. So this is your friendly reminder to keep doodling, because who knows where they will end up!

OBSESSED with these pictures took of .ava / at the . I designed the pattern that you can see on the headscarf as part of the branding I did for .uk , Ava’s creativity is unmatched, how she has turned some of my illustrations into the physical products is mesmerising. I’m obsessed with this look, this girl, this event, this show, this MOVEMENT. I’ve loved watching her and amazing her amazing family grow over the years and make so many beautiful spaces and events in our community. This is simply iconic.
