New Pixflow Framework Design System Update
I’ve just added a new Pixflow Framework Design System inside the Style Generator.

This is for the Pixflow Framework routes only, including:

Pixflow Native Bricks
Pixflow via Core Framework
Pixflow via Advanced Themer

The idea is simple:

Instead of manually importing a fixed JSON setup, Pixflow now gives you a visual design-system builder directly inside Bricks.
You can generate and adjust your framework setup before saving it into your site.

This includes:

Colour palettes
Generate palettes, shuffle colours, lock colours you want to keep, choose harmony options, and control how many colours are used.

Colour schemes
Create section-ready colour schemes from palette colours or neutral shades, with Pixflow automatically calculating background, foreground, heading, text, border, input, accent, and button text colours.

Typography
Choose heading and body fonts, preview them live, and adjust typography settings before saving.

Buttons, forms, cards, and images
Control button styles, form styling, card styling, image styling, radius values, and effects like gradient, brick, elevate, and hover states.

Live page preview
You can open a live preview inside the design system modal and see how your changes look against the current Bricks page before saving.

For the Native Bricks route, Pixflow writes the system directly into Bricks data. That means you still end up with native Bricks colour palettes, variables, theme style typography, button presets, and locked .color-scheme-* global classes.

For Core Framework and Advanced Themer routes, Pixflow saves the right palette, variable, and shade data for those systems too.
So it is still your framework setup once saved.

Pixflow just gives you the visual generator, preview layer, and guided controls to build the system much faster, without manual importing or setting everything up by hand.

This is a big step towards making the Pixflow Framework setup more flexible, visual, and easier to customise directly inside Bricks.

v1.0.12 is available now to download via your account, or by updating your plugin via your WordPress dashboard.

Pixflow Plugin 1.0.11 is now live

This update brings some important improvements to AI generation, font handling, and the overall Page Builder workflow.

One big addition is the new Google Fonts installer.

In Bricks, if you use Google Fonts normally, they are loaded from the Google CDN. I’ve built a Google Fonts library directly into the Pixflow plugin, so you can search, filter, preview, and install Google Fonts directly into the Bricks custom font manager.

The modal works similarly to the Google Fonts website. You can browse the font archive, preview individual fonts, choose weights and styles, install variable fonts, and manage fonts that are already installed.

This means you can use Google Fonts in Bricks without relying on the Google CDN, helping keep fonts managed locally inside your site setup.

I’ve also added proper variable font support for Bricks custom fonts.

By default, Bricks does not fully support variable fonts when they are installed as custom fonts. If you upload a variable font, the generated -face output usually sets the font weight as a single value, such as 400, instead of the full variable range.
Pixflow now improves this.

When you install a Google variable font through Pixflow, it automatically detects the supported weight range and updates the font output correctly, for example:

font-weight: 100 900;

Or whatever range that specific variable font actually supports.
Pixflow also adds a new Variable option to the Bricks custom font weight selector. When enabled, it shows minimum and maximum weight fields, so users can also install and manage their own custom variable fonts properly.

Another addition is DeepSeek support.

You can now add your DeepSeek API key in Pixflow settings, choose it as your active AI provider, and select models in the same way as the other supported providers.

The Page Builder workflow has also had a big upgrade.
There is now a new prompt and chat experience with streamed progress updates, clearer responses, and in-panel clarification when Pixflow needs more information.

You can now use one prompt box to ask for a full page, add sections, swap sections, update copy, change images, or request multiple edits at once.

AI page editing is now better at understanding natural prompts, planning multiple edits, and handling common requests like copy updates, image changes, section swaps, additions, and removals.

Blueprint generation has also been improved. Richer prompts can now include exact pages, page-specific section requests, exclusions, ordering notes, and multiple instructions. If you ask for a specific number of pages, such as “generate eight pages”, Pixflow will now prioritise that over the selected page-count range.

There’s also an important reliability improvement for longer builder sessions. Pixflow now refreshes editor access automatically, instead of blocking generation or runtime actions when an access token expires.

Overall, this update makes Pixflow more flexible, more reliable, and easier to use when generating, editing, and refining Bricks pages with AI.

Pixflow Plugin is Now Released

This is a huge milestone for Pixflow, and it brings together a lot of work focused on making Bricks website creation faster, cleaner, and more intelligent.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been working every day on the new Pixflow plugin, the updated workflow, the framework setup, AI generation, template intelligence, and the new documentation.

The goal has been simple:

Help you go from an idea to a structured, styled, editable Bricks website much faster, while still keeping full control inside WordPress and Bricks.

Here’s what’s included in the full release:

Builder-integrated Pixflow templates
Pixflow templates can now be accessed directly inside the Bricks builder, with no manual template source setup required.

Rename and insert templates
Rename the main BEM block class and descendant classes before inserting templates directly inside Bricks.

Framework wizard with no more manual setup
Pixflow now handles the framework setup flow directly inside the plugin.

Pixflow Framework auto setup
Variables, classes, theme styles, colours, typography scales, spacing scales, and colour schemes can now be installed automatically.

Design System page
Preview your active colours, colour schemes, typography, spacing scales, radii, borders, and component examples from your current framework setup.

Style Generator
Set heading fonts, body fonts, design styles, button radius, and surface radius with live previews and global framework updates.

Custom framework mapping
Map Pixflow variables to your own Bricks variables, framework tokens, or raw CSS values on a per-site basis.

Framework support
Includes Pixflow Framework, Native Bricks with custom mapping, Core Framework, Advanced Themer, ACSS, and direct framework routes.

Build Your Own icon packs
Create, manage, install, and uninstall custom open-source SVG icon sets directly inside Pixflow and Bricks.

AI Blueprint generation
Plan full websites before generation, with pages, section structure, and clear section descriptions.

Smarter Blueprint prompting
Edit the site plan before generation, add pages, remove pages, change sections, and improve the structure using prompts.

AI page generation
Generate Bricks pages from your Blueprint and watch Pixflow insert layouts, write copy, source images, and review the page structure.

AI-assisted page editing
Make targeted edits after generation, including changing copy, swapping sections, adding sections, and refining generated pages.

Provider settings for AI generation
Use your own API keys with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, with Pixflow able to choose the best model for each task inside your selected provider.

Pexels image sourcing
Add your Pexels API key so Pixflow can source images during generation.

Automatic nav menu generation
Generate and update navigation menus based on your generated Blueprint pages.

Improved template intelligence
Better template metadata for more accurate section selection, page generation, and image matching.

Updated settings UI
A cleaner and more modern settings experience for managing the plugin.

This release is a big step towards making Pixflow a faster, smarter, and more complete workflow for building Bricks websites.

It is still only the beginning, especially for the AI generation side, and I’ll continue improving the system, the results, and the overall workflow as more people start using it.

Pixflow AI Plugin (Beta) is now open for testing

Today I’m opening up the Pixflow AI Plugin (Beta) for testing.

This is a big step forward, because the workflow is now far more native, far more streamlined, and removes a lot of the manual setup that used to get in the way.

What’s included in this beta

No more manual JSON importing
The Wizard now handles the setup flow for you automatically.

No more manual domain or template source setup
You no longer need to add domains on the main Pixflow site, or manually enter the remote Pixflow template source details into your Bricks template settings.

The plugin now handles this setup for you automatically.

Framework-aware mapping
Pixflow AI works with your chosen framework directly through the native template source flow, so mapping is applied to remote templates naively on import.

Native Bricks integration
Custom mapping is now integrated directly into the plugin. The workflow feels much more seamless inside Bricks. Custom mapping still has to currently be setup on the main Pixflow site and the plugin will automatically pull your data though when you use the Wizard.

BYOK AI generation
Generation is bring your own key, which means your chosen AI provider runs through your own API key.

The beta currently supports:
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini

More providers will be added over time.

What AI generation does in this beta
Pixflow AI is currently focused on helping you build pages using the Pixflow library, then write the copy and generate images if selected.

You can also prompt it to:
add, swap, or remove sections
change or refine text
adjust tone
update or regenerate images

So the goal is not just page generation, but also making it easier to iterate on the result directly inside the workflow.

It is not currently a full structure-generation plugin that builds everything from scratch outside the Pixflow library workflow.

A couple of important notes for this beta
The current generation model is still in progress, and the results are not yet performing as they should. This will be improved and corrected in the next beta release.

Also, the Style Generator is not included in this version. It will be released in the next version once it’s working correctly.

I want to be transparent about that now, because this beta is about getting the new workflow into real hands, testing the native integration properly, and continuing to refine the generation experience.

Free for all Pixflow subscribers
If you’re a Pixflow subscriber, this beta and all future releases are included at no extra cost.

A lot has changed behind the scenes, but the goal is simple:
make the setup easier, make the workflow more native, and make AI generation feel properly integrated into Pixflow and Bricks.

Head over to your account page to download the beta and get your license key: https://pixflow.dev/dashboard/my-account/

Testing starts now.
