Another great shoot with the maintenance team at David Lloyd Clubs last week.

We were over at the Harlow club capturing content focused around the people behind the scenes who keep everything running day in, day out.

It’s always interesting filming in live environments like this because no two days are ever the same. Plenty of moving parts, plenty going on, but the team were great to work with and gave us a real insight into the scale of work that happens behind the scenes.

Thanks again to the Harlow team for having us over. Looking forward to getting the final edit together.

Joe Cox is stepping into the role of Head of Strategy at Sherbert Lemon.

Joe brings a strong mix of strategic marketing, storytelling and B2B experience, having worked with a number of household names and FTSE companies. He has already supported several Sherbert Lemon projects, helping clients sharpen their positioning, clarify their message and turn that thinking into stronger campaigns, product launches and creative work.

There’s something special about grassroots sport.

The early mornings. The muddy pitches. Parents on the sidelines with coffee in hand. Teammates learning what it means to work together, win together, and sometimes lose together.

That’s why we’re really proud that Sherbert Lemon is sponsoring the Blackpool Scorpions U16s rugby team this season.

And what a start they’ve had.
First game of the season… a brilliant 28–0 win. 💪

It’s fantastic to see young athletes in Blackpool putting the work in, supporting each other, and building the kind of confidence and discipline that sport brings. Grassroots clubs like the Scorpions play a huge role in local communities. They give young people somewhere positive to focus their energy, make friends, and develop resilience that stays with them for life.

A special shout out as well to Harvey, my daughter Lily’s boyfriend, who very kindly stepped in to model the new kit featuring the Sherbert Lemon logo. I think he’s nailed the look.

We’re proud to support a club that does so much for young people in our town, and we’re excited to see how the team gets on this season.
