Not your usual Tuesday evening...

This evening, our co-owners Jon and Natasha Ellard are heading to a CEO Charity Cocktail Making Evening on Cowley Road.

A slightly different kind of “client meeting”… 🍸

But one we’re really looking forward to.

The evening is in support of two charities doing incredibly important work locally - Sobell House Hospice and Homeless Oxfordshire.

Both organisations provide support at moments in people’s lives when it’s needed most.

We’ll be joining a room full of local business owners, good conversation, and (hopefully) some decent cocktail making skills… all in support of raising funds through a raffle and silent auction.

Our new website is on its way!

It’s been a while since we’ve taken a proper look at how we present ourselves. As the business has evolved, it felt like the right time to ensure our website truly reflects the work we’re doing today and the clients we’re best placed to support.

Over the past few years, we’ve increasingly partnered with senior marketing leaders in construction, engineering and manufacturing who are under genuine pressure to demonstrate marketing’s contribution to revenue.

Long sales cycles.
Commercially driven leadership teams.
Marketing still sometimes viewed as a support function.

That’s the environment many of our clients operate in.

Our new site has been shaped around that reality. It will more clearly communicate:

• How we help shift marketing from tactical activity to strategic growth
• How we connect digital marketing to pipeline and measurable outcomes
• How we support marketing leaders in gaining leadership confidence

As Natasha Ellard, Managing Director, explains:

“Senior marketers in traditional sectors are being asked tougher commercial questions than ever. Our role is to help them answer those questions with clarity and confidence and to position marketing as a genuine growth driver.”

We’re excited to welcome Kate as the newest member of the Urban Element team! 🎉

She’s been with us for a few weeks now, settling into her role as Account Manager and already making a huge impact.

As we head into the festive break, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our clients, partners and friends for all the support this year!

We’re now signing off for Christmas and will be closed from this afternoon, reopening on Monday 5th January.

It’s been a busy year of projects, conversations, progress and plenty of learning and we’re looking forward to coming back refreshed and ready for what 2026 brings.
