This week at Marketing Monthly, we stepped back.
Instead of asking “what should I post?”
we asked “what can I realistically commit to this year?”
People shared their goals, talked through their audiences, and swapped ideas for connecting.
A few collaborations even started in the room.
As we head towards the end of the second year of Marketing Monthly in May, it felt like a good reminder that the real value isn’t just the plan - it’s the conversations and connections around the table.
Annual planning isn’t about filling every month.
It’s about clarity, focus, and creating space for the right things to happen.
If you missed it, I’m happy to share the handouts we used.
And if you’re new, you’re very welcome to join a future session and get the full set.
