The guys have had a harsh few days at the start though they are getting back into a routine. Keep it going guys. You're doing an awesome job 🚣‍♂️🚒

UPDATE:

They've rowed 231nm in 6days 7 hours and 56 minutes.

Kris and Blair as you all know are rowing 3000miles across the Atlantic Ocean, raising money for The Fire Fighters Charity as they go.

Since their last update on Sunday, this is what the pair have to say.
Blair's sea sickness has eased and we have managed to make some good progress and find a routine, however, we are still in need of a proper sleep pattern.
Wind and waves are still making the sea a bit choppy and have been slowing some of this year's Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge teams down.
We had a bird follow us for a while and have had some nice weather (30'C) and sunny blue skies. We have been contacting Scotland and giving our family updates and they are posting to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ().

Larbert Village School Fayre is on this Saturday the 9th. Pop along between 11:00 - 1:30. Patrick the Penguin will be there :)
