After a few participants saw this post, I’ve been asked if I’m joining in with the run. I wasn’t planning to, as I’m a terrible runner 😂 But I’ve now been talked into it and have signed myself and my son up! Haha.

It was lovely to be part of bringing the vision for the 2026 medal to life, drawing inspiration from the original design.

Hopefully I'll earn the medal I helped bring to life! 🏃‍♀️🏅

First of all, a HUGE thank you to my customers for being so understanding and patient with me last week. ❤️ It really does mean so much!

Because, honestly… last week was a bit of a nightmare! 😂

In the space of a few days, I had:

📦 A couple of signs break during delivery.
🪟 Vinyl window stickers that decided they didn’t fancy clinging to the windows.
⚠️ Warning labels printed on a batch of paper that simply lost their stickiness.
🖨️ And a handful of flyers that had an ink transfer issue.

Not exactly the week I’d planned!

But things go wrong in business (especially when printing!) and it’s how you deal with them that matters. I worked through each issue, found solutions, kept my customers updated and made sure I maintained my 5-star service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Lesson: Problems happen but great customer service is how you handle them. 💜

Woo! I made it in time for the Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance event today at the Market Hall in Derby! 🎉

I absolutely love getting the chance to find out more about what goes on behind the scenes for the customers I work with. And charities never fail to amaze me with just how much time, effort and dedication goes into supporting and helping others. ❤️

It makes me so proud to be a small part of their journey and to see the difference they’re making in the community. 🥰

Here’s to the amazing people behind the scenes who make it all happen! 🙌

You’d be amazed how often this comes up. When a client kicks off a call with, “Can you sign an NDA?” That’s when I know it’s a big and important project!

Branding is almost always one of the first priorities when launching an event, product, or idea. And honestly? It’s such a privilege to be trusted with those early-stage secrets—before anyone else even knows what’s coming!

There’s something so special about seeing it all come to life, then finally getting the green light to share it with the world (sometimes months later!) 🚦✨

💡 Running low on inspiration? It happens to all of us.

Whether you’re designing, writing, or running a business, creativity isn’t always on demand. When I hit a block, I like to step away for a bit, listen to music or go for a walk. It helps clear my head and ideas start flowing again.

✨ Even a splash of colour can reignite creativity, sometimes the best way to find inspiration is to stop looking for it.
