As a brand it is important to stand for what you believe in.

Just like making friends, people connect with others because of shared values or beliefs.

You might be worried about missing out a bunch of people by taking a stand.

But those that are with you are the type of people you want to hang out with anyway,
and those that don't... well.

Be bold.
Stand for something or brand for nothing.

Ah the Humanise phase...
I love this part of the Brand Impact Journey, my clients had a lot of fun personifying their brands.
Yes it gets pretty deep at times, but the result is truly awesome.

Humanising, is the most transformative part of the Brand Impact Journey in my opinion. Together we start to personify a brand from the inside out as if they were a human that their audience would really like to hang out with.

We explore the beating heart of the brand - their values - the ‘why’ they exist, their brand DNA.

We then shape their character giving them a tone of voice, personailty, story and character.

Yes it does all feel a bit 'Weird Science' (80's throw back there!) but it totally works.

They now have a brand that their audience will really want to hang out with.. like REALLY.

We literally haven’t stopped fist pumping the air since we confirmed our latest addition to the Baboosh! Brand Collective.
Welcome - Kirsty Denro (founder of Kico Studios).

Kirsty joins the Baboosh! family to support Independent businesses with their creative – whether it be Brand Identity and Evolution, Packaging and Product Design, Canva Training and a whole host of other creative solutions.

Kirsty brings a wealth of experience and class to Baboosh! (as if there wasn’t enough already :) ). We are reunited once again after years working alongside each-other at a London Product Design Agency where Kirsty led the creative team, and delivered creative solutions for a wide spectrum of Global brands.

When I find myself starting to feel overwhelmed with what’s on my plate;
I just remember the reason WHY I chose to do what I do.

Lots of businesses that start working with me know WHAT they do, but they don’t know WHY they do it.
It's when you discover your purpose - your WHY, it’s an actual game changer.

My purpose is to support as many independents as possible in building a brand with impact and success.

To work with those who have a purpose bigger than themselves who genuinely care about people and the planet.

…WHY? because apart from feeling hugely fulfilled and priviliged to work with these kinds of people, I feel like I am helping to contribute to a more positive and kinder world for our children and humanity to be consumed by and to work for.

And that is enough for me!

It is week 3 of the launch of The Brand Impact Journey and what a few weeks it's been already.

There were slight nerves, I am not going to lie!

However :)

Already one of my client has re-imagined their whole entire business - which is truly amazing.

Every one of them are pushing their thinking beyond what they thought was even possible and it is only just nearing the end of phase one.

Yes I grafted and created this for that very reason,

but when you see it actually working beyond expectation and what people are getting out of it - it actually blows my mind.

My heart is full.

Now for the next phase where we start to humanise their brand.

I actually can't wait for this next bit!
