Our Under 13 pre academy team started well against HBW today who sit top of the league. The Pilgrims dominated in the first 20 minutes, scoring one before the opposition quickly equalised on the counter attack. In to the second half and the pattern remained very much the same. The Pilgrims dominated and played some good football, scoring to make it 2-1 before HBW equalised in the last five minutes of the game to make it 2-2. A very nervous last few minutes, but thankfully the team got one last chance which saw Jack G get his hat trick and a 3-2 win for the Pilgrims. Well done to both teams!
