It's been two weeks since our CEO, Jess, alongside Jayne from Lloyds Bank, officially launched : an exclusive, invite-only collective designed for Dorset’s most ambitious female founders and leaders.
For a long time, Jess felt there was a gap in our region. Leaders needed a space to move away from performative networking and "always-on" personas. They needed a space to be seen, heard, and supported by women who truly understand the stakes.
The Inaugural Session:
Rise welcomed thirty of the region’s prominent leaders for a morning that was as honest as it was energising. From an unfiltered session with Lady Candida Meyrick to a deep-dive workshop on the "many hats" of leadership, the energy in the room confirmed what we already suspected: there is a profound hunger for depth and genuine peer-to-peer connection.
