Yesterday our eCom consultants Nancy and Jamie ran a full discovery workshop with ahead of their redesign, and it was a reminder why we do this.

When you get the right people in a room — reviewing real data, challenging assumptions, and prioritising together — you end up with a build that's driven by evidence, not guesswork.

Multiple stores can mean paying for the same apps and managing separate catalogues and content. On top of that, when product data is handled manually rather than structured to update automatically, catalogue management becomes a nightmare. 🤷🏻
