I had so many chills watching and filming this… feel lucky we get to capture this kind of spontaneous magic. These musicians have not played together before this song.

There’s something pretty special about live music in the garden on a warm summer evening… 🍹🌿

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented Jake T for filling Dirty Gerties with fantastic music and creating such a brilliant atmosphere. 🎸👏 We absolutely love giving local artists a stage to share their talent, and every Open Mic reminds us just how much amazing music there is in our community. 🤩

Our next Open Mic is officially FULLY BOOKED for performers (thank you! 🙌), but we’d love to welcome plenty of spectators for another evening of live music, great drinks and even better company. 🍸🎤

We loved filming and running the open mic for the fundraiser as for Club Casita at Elkins Boatyard. This was one of the many goosebump moments throughout the evening.

There was a beautiful sunset early in the evening. Great pizzas from The fiery fox 🍕 and drinks provided by 🍹

Shout out to all of the incredible artists performing throughout the whole event. 🤩

WHY WE LOVE WORKING WITH MUSICIANS 🎥🌄🌞

Hayley and I love working with creative people, who want to explore their vision and to share their voice. We like to see musicians becoming themselves on screen, experimenting, bravely charting new territory, or us showing inside their worlds.

Working with Archie has been an inspiration as a musician, songwriter and videographer, in the way he has great form and vision for what he wants for the future and his artistry. He was kind enough to leave us this glowing review.

🎤✨ SUNSET SHOWCASE UNDER CHRISTCHURCH CASTLE ✨🎤

Beautiful performances on Thursday in the stunning Dirty Gertie’s garden, and an end‑of‑night jam where strangers performed together for the first time. Massive respect to everyone who got up and kept the crowd entertained for an extra hour.

Big shout out to one performer who got up on stage for the first time in 10 years and absolutely smashed it!

There’s nothing quite like that final moment at Dirty Gertie’s Showcase when everyone piles onto the stage and the whole room turns into one big band.
