What you’ll be doing
This is an excellent part time opportunity working around school hours in the customer service and digital marketing sector. No marketing experience is absolutely necessary as you will quickly learn all you need to know on the job from the team. We’re primarily looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills, common sense and a passion for delivering great customer service. Internally we have efficient management systems in place that, with basic training and ongoing support, will enable you to deliver proactive service and customer happiness. You’ll also have access to all the help you need to become outstanding in the role in a stress free way.
Main duties
- Organising client meetings via Zoom
- Taking minutes for project management notes and updates
- Liaising with the marketing team on various tasks and client work
- Updating the project management system with progress and proactive communication
- Reporting directly to Directors
Required skills and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides - but all training is provided
- We expect you to be positive, literate, professional and customer focused

Position:
- Office based, part time.
- 16-20 hours a week
- 9:30am - 2:30pm
- Mon-Thurs only!
Salary: £11 per hour
