Step 1: Enquiry comes in
Step 2: You send a quote
Step 3: Silence
Step 4: You blame “time wasters”

But the real problem is no follow-up system.

A quote is not a close.
It’s the start of a sequence.

A basic quote follow-up SOP should include:

T+10 mins: “Got it — do you want the fastest slot or the cheapest slot?”

T+24 hrs: “Any questions before I lock availability?”

T+72 hrs: “Want me to revise scope or keep as is?”

T+7 days: “Closing your file — reply ‘HOLD’ if you still want this.”

Plus: if they click your link but don’t book, we tag them and trigger a shorter path.

Less chasing. More control. Higher conversion.

But the objection isn’t price.
It’s uncertainty.

Example snippet (voice or chat):
