New website project - CASE STUDY

Amnis provide the simplest, fastest and most affordable international payment platform for SMEs. We are excited to share the outcome of our partnership!

The reason behind their desire to rebrand was to connect with a new global audience that conquers new markets with an identity that mirrored their new services. We held workshops with the major stakeholders where we refreshed Amnis’ core values and developed their tone of voice.

Amnis is the Latin translation for stream; symbolising the fast-flowing, simple process, along with the transparency reflected within each transaction.

The approved lower-case Amnis logo with a geometric typeface reflects the pursuit of a forward thinking, open-world and ability to consistently innovate. The wave design within the icon reflects the brand names’ latin translation for stream and the constantly moving philosophy of the business. We also developed a pattern consisting of four arrows, which are a nod to Amnis’ Swiss heritage and signify the growth throughout Europe and the World.

The London Southbank University contacted us to rebrand their Occupational Therapy Society.⁠⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠⠀
The existing logo needed an update and the graphic elements that made up the leaves became unrecognisable at small scales. The client wanted the tree to remain as a focal point, whilst including a human element to the new logo.⁠⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠⠀
The Society is driven by its inclusive, fun and friendly nature. The client also wanted to promote elegance and strength within the logo design.⁠⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠⠀
We created a new logo with a round shaped tree and a woman resting alongside it, promoting the inclusive nature of the Society. The easy to reach fruit evokes accessibility, inclusivity and achieving goals. The branches show that occupational therapy can support students in their growth and follow their own path.⁠⠀

Sun + Spring + Friday = ice lollies 🍭

The very talented create all–natural, handmade, gourmet ice lollies. Naturally we insisted on a taste test and they passed with flying colours. In fact, their lollies are so good, they’ve probably contributed to Leigh-on-Sea recently being voted the happiest town to live in the UK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Pop Stop team required a logo that immediately communicated the products sold to a wide demographic, with a desirable design appealing particularly to children. In order to promote the handmade, natural ingredients, we crafted a brush stroke outline of the ice lolly, with a light texture. The aim was to create a fun, fresh and vibrant colour palette, whilst ensuring colours were not unnatural.

Simply put...branding is the emotional connection with your audience.

Branding is like matchmaking. It’s how you prepare for a date, the way you talk to them, how you dress etc. You want to make yourself attractive to your date and find compatibilities with that person to create a relationship. If your date likes your qualities, you’ll both connect and develop that relationship.

The story behind the new JD Designs branding.....

Our mission was to encapsulate both the passion we have for our industry and the joy in collaborating with our customers.

Through merging the ‘JD’ initials, the logo icon represents the globally recognised hand signal for love. The inner circular section of the ‘d’ is denoted by the clenched middle and fourth finger that creates the hand signal, along with a smile.

The curvaceous design and rounded strokes evoke our friendly, down-to-earth and uncomplicated approach.

A creative new vision not only serves as a tagline, but defines our identity, to deliver innovative design solutions to our customers.
