I’ve been working on this for quite a while and missed Valentine’s Day by about an hour ❤️

So apparently it’s Valentine’s Weekend now. I’ve decided. That’s how calendars work in the land of Fairelven where this pair are from 😊❤️🍫

‘Druid’ started in acrylic, now here it is updated to digital. I love oils but they’re slow and the smell made me feel ill , acrylics dry too fast to blend . Digital painting matches my speed and style. AI art is different, it’s a mash up of other artists work using text only. But I’ve started experimenting with free AI animations to bring my own artwork to life 🤣.

‘Druid’ was an acrylic painting I created in the early 90’s. I updated it as a digital painting by hand using a pen and tablet. Then I used a free animation AI tool (which is why you see their watermark logo ) . This painting is going to be available as a print on various items in my Teepublic store .
