We're delighted to launch the brand-new Village Warriors Girls Rugby Online Shop!

Village Warriors provides girls’ rugby sessions for ages 6–12 in Cefn Cribwr, Kenfig Hill and Pyle, helping more young girls get involved in rugby, develop their skills, make friends and enjoy the game. 🏉👏

And they've certainly gone bold with their new kit! 💗🖤

We've worked with Village Warriors to create their distinctive bespoke range, including T-shirts, shorts, hoodies, track jackets, coats and beanies, all carrying the fantastic Village Warriors identity.

Their new Eurologo online shop means parents can order directly online — no collecting orders or payments for the organisers and no need for the club to hold stock.

What one thing would give you more confidence to take the next step in your business?

My Mull-Over...

Small businesses are rarely short of ideas or ambition. But deciding to take on another person, invest in new equipment, move premises or simply try something new often comes down to one thing — confidence.

For me, confidence comes from having a degree of certainty. You can deal with challenges, but it's much harder to make long-term decisions when you don't know what your costs or trading conditions might look like six or twelve months down the line.

My role on the FSB Members Advisory Council has also reinforced just how important creating the right conditions for small businesses is if we genuinely want them to invest and grow.

What's Your Mull-Over?

What one thing would give you more confidence to take the next step in your business?

If you could change just one thing about the business rates system, what would it be?

The recent publication of the FSB Wales Manifesto got me thinking about an issue that affects businesses of every size, regardless of sector.

Business rates have been debated for years, and whilst opinions differ on the solution, most business owners agree that the current system could work better.

My Mull-Over...

I'd like to see a business rates system that better reflects the way businesses operate today and rewards those who invest in our towns, communities and high streets.

Thriving businesses create jobs, support local economies and help our communities prosper. The system should encourage that, not become another barrier to growth.

⚽ Looking good, Bryntirion FC U15s! 🔵⚪

Always great to see a new kit out on the pitch!

We produced this kit for Bryntirion FC Under 15s for the 2026/27 season and it's fantastic to see the team together and proudly wearing their new colours.

From the club crest and sponsor branding through to the individual numbers, it's always satisfying seeing the finished kit go from artwork on a screen to a full team out on the pitch.

The first week back after the summer holidays always seems to bring mixed emotions.

For many business owners, it's been six weeks of balancing work with family holidays, childcare, covering for staff on leave and trying to keep everything moving.

Now the school routine is back, September often feels like a fresh start. Diaries fill up, routines return and there's a renewed focus on the months ahead.
