⚠️ Important Notice – New Payment Terms ⚠️
This isn’t something we like to do, but due to an increasing number of unpaid invoices and uncollected goods, we are introducing new payment terms with immediate effect.
There will be no exceptions unless agreed prior to ordering.
🔹 A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing any order or booking in work.
🔹 No job will be scheduled until the deposit has been received.
🔹 The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion or collection, before any items are released.
This decision hasn’t been taken lightly. Unfortunately, the actions of a few are impacting the business as a whole. Late or unpaid invoices create real financial pressure for small businesses, and we have to protect ourselves moving forward.
To make things easier, we’ll be introducing a new payment system next week, allowing:
• Card payments in-store
• Secure payment links
• Bank transfer & cash (still accepted)
