“How often should I be sending emails?” 🤔
I get this question all the time. The honest answer?
It depends (you know it was coming right?).
💌 Do you have something valuable to say? A useful tip, a story, a timely offer?
Send it.
What IS too often?
👉 Daily emails that say nothing new.
👉 Promo after promo with no value.
👉 Inbox clutter dressed up as “content.”
Your emails should be like a good client relationship: built on trust, not pressure.
⚖ Balance educational messages with gentle sales
⚖ Be consistent (but strategic)
⚖ Treat every inbox like it’s a privilege to be there, because it is
Quality over quantity. Strategy before content. That’s how your marketing becomes a support system and not a source of stress.
