Plenty of new websites spend months "nearly ready".
Waiting on the photos. Then the About page. Then the logo, which isn't quite right yet.
Meanwhile a finished site that nobody can see gets the same number of enquiries as no site at all.
Version one is meant to be a bit rough. Three pages, photos off your phone, an About page you'll redo in a month. Version two is where it gets good, and version two needs real people to have used version one.
If yours has been nearly ready for a while, the missing piece probably isn't the photos.
