When you're writing to your prospects, regardless of the medium, avoid using words such as "Me", "Us", "I" and "We" and instead use "YOU" (ie. them!)

Write as if you're having a one-to-one conversation with the person you are hoping to engage with.

Rough rule of thumb, use "You" three times more than "Me", "Us", "I" and "We".
